Pros:

Staff were very helpful, offering lots of local knowledge, and arranging our washing to be done straight from the hotel. The location is epic, right in the heart of the Old Quarter, with plenty of restaurants and bars directly outside. It really gets going at night. Surprisingly, our rooms were reasonably quiet at night, given all that goes on directly outside.

Staff were super helpful and had great English. Location had everything nearby. Air conditioning was a big plus.

Cons:

I found a massive cockroach in my shoe which must have crawled into my shoe overnight. The beds are very uncomfortable. The pillows were good until they swapped them out for new ones (not sure why). No handle on the bathroom door making it hard to open from the inside.

Pros:

Everything you need for a short stay in Hanoi. The room is small, but it has everything you need. The best part is that the staff speaks English and is very friendly

Pros:

Location, superb!
Staff, very helpful.
I didn't stay much in my room as I've been outside throughout the day so, only come back to sleep. Good price for solo budget traveller, I'd say.

Cons:

No lift. But otherwise, not too bad.

A really great, affordable place to rest and use as a base in Hanoi!
Pros:

Great location for a tourist, really lovely and accommodating staff, and a cute little room perfect for a solo traveler wanting a break from hostels.

Cons:

If some noise bothers you, or seeing a stain on the wall bothers you, then this place may not be for you. These things did not personally bother me though.

Super uncomfortable bed rock solid, and the door is glass (not see through) but light from the corridor outside shine right through all night and made it even harder to sleep

Era una 4 planta sin ascensor en una habitación con ruido 24 horas por el edificio que están construyendo a lado que trabajan las 24 horas y por la noche se sumaba el ruido de la calle, imposible poder dormir
