Beyond amazing
Pros:

Jackie and the rest of the team are exceptional. I loved them! Very homie. Very friendly! They will help you with anything, Jackie especially his English is better than mine!

Personal joven y muy amable, estuvimos con Jacky que fue quien nos organizo nuestro viaje personalizado y ajustado al itinerario que teniamos pensado, todo en orden bien atado tema transporte y nos eligio muy buenos alojamientos por calidad precio, todo el rato al tanto por si nos faltaba algo y disponible para resolvernos cualquier duda, terminamos lo que teniamos atado con el y aun asi seguia ayudandonos con nuestro viaje, una muy buena persona!

Pros:

Staff were very helpful, offering lots of local knowledge, and arranging our washing to be done straight from the hotel. The location is epic, right in the heart of the Old Quarter, with plenty of restaurants and bars directly outside. It really gets going at night. Surprisingly, our rooms were reasonably quiet at night, given all that goes on directly outside.

Staff were super helpful and had great English. Location had everything nearby. Air conditioning was a big plus.

Cons:

I found a massive cockroach in my shoe which must have crawled into my shoe overnight. The beds are very uncomfortable. The pillows were good until they swapped them out for new ones (not sure why). No handle on the bathroom door making it hard to open from the inside.

Pros:

Everything you need for a short stay in Hanoi. The room is small, but it has everything you need. The best part is that the staff speaks English and is very friendly
