Pros:

Ubicación excelente, muy cerca de supermercados, buses, al lado de la estación. Atención muy buena, muy educados y dispuestos a ayudar. Nos dejaron guardar las maletas a la hora de hacer el check out para no llevarlas el resto del día cargadas.

Todo bien

Cons:

Una persona de la recepción, cuando llegamos al hotel (14,30) pensamos dejar la maleta en recepción ya que el hotel no dispone de parking y esta persona se negó a que las maletas las dejara en recepción, el hotel me mando un correo comunicando que si llegaba antes de la hora podía dejar las maletas en recepción.

Fabulous room with huge balcony & facilities
Pros:

Location. Room size. Huge balcony. Fridge. kettle. Comfortable chairs.
Breakfast buffet - excellent / great choice.
Overall we loved it.

Cons:

TV did not offer international speaking channels.
Bathroom requires some minor maintenance - around shower door & bath.
Canopy over balcony possibly due for replacement due to tears etc.

Experiență profund dezamăgitoare – servicii complet neconcordante cu standardele hoteliere
Pros:

Nu a fost o alegere buna!

Cons:

Sejurul în această unitate de cazare a lăsat profund de dorit, serviciile oferite fiind departe de normele minime de ospitalitate și igienă.

Aspectul cel mai critic l-a reprezentat curățenia precară. Pe parcursul unei șederi de patru zile, prosoapele au fost înlocuite o singură dată. În plus, baia prezenta disfuncționalități majore: ventilatorul era nefuncțional, generând un miros persistent de aer închis, iar cada era vizibil deteriorată de rugină. Confortul fonic a fost de asemenea inexistent, din cauza ferestrelor neetanșe care nu izolau zgomotul exterior.

Nivelul serviciilor de masă și interacțiunea cu personalul au fost la fel de reprobabile. La micul dejun, managementul impune restricții rigide și absurde legate de meniu, ignorând complet preferințele individuale ale clienților (în cazul nostru, opțiunea pentru o simplă cafea), din considerente meschine legate de costuri.

Experiența a fost agravată de atitudinea personalului de la recepție, marcată de un comportament ursuz, rigid și total lipsit de solicitudine. Raportul calitate-preț este extrem de nefavorabil. A fost o alegere complet neinspirată și cu siguranță nu vom reveni.
