Excellent stay at an old school hotel situated near the main train station.
Pros:

Excellent location, 5-10 minutes walk from Salzburg HBF and 20 mins walk to the Altstadt (main town). The lady reception was very friendly and is also bilingual (Deutsch und English) so those who don't understand German are welcome. The breakfast buffet spread was value for money (6€, 2026 May) and delicious.

The rooms are clean albeit simple, but I guess that's the charm of an old school hotel. Highly recommend and would stay here again in the future!

Cons:

Lack of some amenities like tooth brush + tooth paste. But it's fine as I usually have my own.

Great location,Great Stay
Pros:

Overall, everything was excellent 😊👍 The owner of the hotel and her son were incredibly sweet and always ready to help. We loved the breakfast and thoroughly enjoyed our two night stay. The location was perfect as well ,very close to the train station.

Een warm hotel met veel aandacht voor de gast!
Pros:

Zeer rustige kamer, goede bedden, uitzicht op de grote achtertuin, stevige hete douche, uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet. Gemoedelijk, klein, op enkele minuten lopen van Hauptbahnhof. Zeer behulpzame en vriendelijke medewerkers die je voorzien van ongekende Salzburg plekken.

Cons:

Opmerkelijk: Je moet je sleutel afgeven bij de receptie als je op stap gaat. Aankleding en meubels onberispelijk maar gedateerd.

Frühstück war sehr gut. Hotel liegt in der Nähe vom Hbf und Buslinien (kostenlos) Richtung Altstadt. Ich bin aber überall zu Fuß gelaufen, weil alles nicht so weit liegt.

V pokoji dostatek úložných prostor, zařízení funkční. Snídaně s poměrně širokým výběrem průběžně doplňovaným. Personál příjemný a ochotný. V recepci k dipozici velké množství informačních letáků.
Bezplatné a funkční WiFi.

Cons:

Trochu rozvrzané jednoduché postele. Zvláštní vůně ("odér") v recepci, těžko identifikovatelného původu. Nehodnotil bych to jednoznačně negativně, ale obešel bych se bez něj.

很有歷史感的飯店，滿滿舊歐洲的懷舊感，不是特別營造出來的，而是本來就歷史悠久，從入住的櫃台後面的鑰匙櫃，傳統厚重的鑰匙，很有年代的電梯，古老的客房裝飾，有年代但是又保養得很好，整潔度也很棒，老夫妻店主也很和善熱情，也維持一貫的老派作風，早餐也比預期中好，走一下就到車站了，十分方便，非常推薦!
