All-inclusive mealplan includes: open buffet restaurant with full board. Drinks included during meals according to the drinks menu (soft drinks, draft beer, house wine, sparkling or still water). Free buffet of hot and cold, sweet and savory snacks (*), served in the restaurant outside of meal times. *(Service available in high season. Check dates with the hotel). Special for children. Alguma confusão no jantar, o qual não tinha muita variedade.
La atención dedicada a la CELIAQUÍA que me he sentido tranquila y segura.
Buenas atención con el personal da gusto.
El aire acondicionado no funcionaba de vez en cuando en las instalaciones y pasillos de la recepción.
La atención de recepción, la limpieza y luz natural de las zonas comunes, la rapidez en la limpieza de las mesas del comedor para el desayuno.
Los ascensores, no comunican en las diferentes plantas de donde están, sólo lo hacen bajo, así que la gente los piden y luego no se esperan así que te vas parando en todas las plantas y se hace eterno el viaje tanto ascendente como descendente. En el baño la mampara perdía el agua, así que nos tocó secar el suelo porque nos resbalábamos.
El alojamiento en si estaba decente, no se encontraba muy lejos de la playa, la piscina estaba bien aunque a medio día ya estaba bastante turbia
La animación era bastante pésima, los ascensores tardaban muchísimo y en nuestra planta que era la 5 uno de los ascensores por mucho que pulsaras el botón a no ser que una persona se bajara no funcionaba, luego tema buffet horrible, pésimo, había 6 cosas para elegir y ensaladas, y tanto por la mañana que bajábamos a las 9 a desayunar había colas y para cenar también bajábamos a las 9 y una cola que llegaba a la recepción con el calor que hacía porque ahí no había nada de aire por lo que te tirabas unos 20 minutos si no era más muriéndote de calor, luego para entrar a la habitación no funcionaban las tarjetas tuvimos que bajar dos veces hasta que subió una chica de recepción a “arreglarlo” porque después de cenar una de las tarjetas seguía sin funcionar y el resto de nuestra estancia estuvimos con una sola tarjeta que funcionaba y la otra iba cuando quería.
La limpieza de la habitación era bastante nefasta.
En fin no repetiremos.
Está vez no me gustó mucho la estancia en general.
La piscina no la hemos podido usar, estaba llena de niños con un tobogán hinchable.
Muchas gente.
La comida no había mucha variedad, mucha espera para acceder al comedor.
Contraté habitación para 2 personas y había 3 camas, muy poca espaciosa.

El trato del personal (quitando al chico de gafas de la recepción muy antipatico pero por suerte fue la única persona antipática),por lo de más personas muy amables,agradables,resaltando el chico del comedor (José) que siempre ayudaba a mi hijo que tiene la mano fracturada, sinceramente super contentos.
La comida, siempre se repetía,la piscina que había muchísima gente y la ubicación,pero le voy a dar sus 6 estrellas solo por el trato del personal,se lo merecen

La comida y la habitación no hechaba aire frío fuimos a recepción mando al de mantenimiento a la habitación limpio la rejilla y seguía igual , también el parking tuvimos que esperar una hora para que no los diera
