Ideal gelegen zum Erkunden der Stadt und für Kurzaufenthalte

Zentrale Lage mitten in der Fußgängerzone der Altstadt, Fahrradraum mit Lademöglichkeit, schattiger Sitzbereich im Innenhof

Cons:

Teilweise kleinere Raumgrößen infolge der baulichen Gegebenheiten des eigentlich alten, vermutlich unter Denkmalschutz stehenden Gebäudes. Es gab deshalb im Zimmer keinen Schrank zur Ablage, sondern eine offene Garderobe mit offenen Ablagen. Das Gebäude wird jedoch erkennbar laufend in Schuss gehalten.

Zentrale Lage. Trotzdem sehr ruhig. Sehr schön eingerichtete und gemütliche Zimmer. Alles sauber. Top Frühstück. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Tolles Ambiente in zentraler Lage- Frühstück geht besser
Pros:

Der Charme des Palais ist unschlagbar. Das muss man sich einfach mal gönnen. Tolles Ambiente in zentraler Lage. Mein Fahrrad hatte noch nie einen so exklusiven Abstellplatz.
Gute Klimaanlage. Ruhige Lage trotz Fußgängerzone.

Cons:

Das Personal war auf den nötigsten Kontakt beschränkt. Ein freundliches Lächeln hätte ich mir gewünscht. Das Frühstück ist im Vergleich zu den Räumlichkeiten bescheiden präsentiert.

Cons:

The toilet room was very small and awkward to use. As a solo traveller it was fine, but would not want to share the room with someone due to lack of privacy in the toilet

Bellissimo e storico hotel in piena zona pedonale a Villach, camera grandissima con arredamento nuovo un po’ kitsch. Colazione sontuosa.

Cons:

Toglierei il grande e ingombrante televisore, incastonato in una improbabile cornice di legno, dai piedi del letto.

A beautiful hotel from which to explore Villach and the surrounding countryside.
Pros:

Its very essence as such a beautiful old hotel, in the middle of the city.

Cons:

Quite absurd that the TV in every room provides only Austrian programmes; most hotels of this grade in Europe provide TV programmes from most European countries.
The catering shows no evidence of any attempt to reduce the massive quantities of CO2e associated with food production and consumption.

Fantastic hotel..great location..will return!

Everything was great..the communication prior to arrival..the video of how to get to the car park was very useful. The reception lady was very polite and friendly. The room was spacious and had lovely toiletries. The bed was extremely comfortable. The car park was secure. The location was very central.

Cons:

The bed was too comfortable, therefore we missed breakfast…..

Pros:

Das ist ein wirklich schönes Hotel in einem tollen alten Gebäude. Sehr stilvoll, super zentral gelegen, sehr nettes und professionelles Personal, sehr gutes Frühstück- es gab nichts zu bemängeln.
