Pros:

Very nice design hotel right in the centee of Villach located in couple of antient buildings. Very nice design, great staff, amazing breakfast and perfect coffee open up to the 22:00. The reception isn not non stop, but deapite we came after it was closed, thw instructions was perfect. Great expirience and job you dpne guys. See you again!

Beste Übernachtung auf dem Alpe Adria Radweg
Pros:

Lage Mitten in der Altstadt
Fahrradgarage top
Dusche und Toilette getrennt und das ganze Zimmer ist sehr schön eingerichtet.
Das Frühstück war sehr gut aber eine zweite Kaffeemaschine wäre nicht falsch bei grossem Andrang.
Würde auf jeden Fall wieder in dem Hotel übernachten.

Cons:

Etwas weitläufig, ist aber in einem historischen Haus nicht zu vermeiden.

Appalling customer service. Treated me like I was a convict in a prison rather than someone on a weekend break. Email communication unnecessarily aggressive in tone. Wanted a deposit that was almost twice the amount of the room price.
