Pros:

Unser Zimmer, eine Junior Suite, war überwältigend.Riesig groß mit 2 Sitzgruppen, Ankleidebereich, komfortablem Bad.
Das ganze Gebäude mit Kronleuchtern und vielen Gemälden auf den Gängen und Treppenhäusern versprüht einen außergewöhnlichen Charme.
Das Frühstück ist sehr gut. Die Lage perfekt.

Sehr schön restauriertes Gebäude, gute Lage

Cons:

Es ist sehr unpersönlich. Am Abend und am frühen Morgen war eine große Geräuschbelästigung im Zimmer….
Das Frühstück hatte eine ungemütliche Atmosphäre!
Die Ansprache durch die Bedienung war oberflächlich und gekünzelt!

Gorgeous historic hotel in the heart of the city
Pros:

This is a gorgeous, historic hotel in the heart of the Villach pedestrian area. We loved the comfort of the junior suite - it was wonderfully spacious, had an outstanding shower, and provided a beautiful aspect from the lovely windows that open onto a view of the square. There are gorgeous break out areas and nooks in which to relax, dotted throughout the hotel. Staff are friendly and the breakfast was excellent.

Wunderschönes , altes Palais. Liebevoll renoviert

Cons:

Zimmer im EG mit Fenstern die man nicht kippen kann. Für Alleinreisende unangenehm.

Cons:

Enge des Zimmers
Personal am Empfang. Sehr verwinkeltes Hotel mit Charm. Fand es aber eher unangebracht, dass mir zugeschaut wurde wie ich den falschen Aufzug nehme; um dann als ich zurück war am Empfang mit den Worten empfangen zu werden: das war falsch.
Es war außer mir keiner dort, man hätte mir auch den Weg weißen können.
