La colazione è meravigliosa e la proprietaria davvero molto gentile accogliente.

La única pega que le pongo es que no tiene ascensor y estabamos alojados en el 4° piso, además, no tiene aire scondicionado.
El desayuno estaba bien, en un salón muy bonito y todo muy cuidado.
La habitación es muy pequeña, dos personas no se pueden mover, el “lavabo” es de juguete, no hay apenas sitio para dejar la ropa y el equipaje. Teníamos que subir tres pisos sin ascensor y descalzarnos abajo, porque la escalera tenía moqueta.

La struttura è in una buona posizione e si raggiunge facilmente il centro di Bruges a piedi , c'è un posteggio riservato a pagamento comodo anche se non coperto, è all'interno di un cortile in un edificio in fronte all'hotel . Hotel piccolino ma accogliente nell'unica parte comune che è quella dove vengono servite le colazioni. Gentile il personale.
non abbiamo avuto occasione di vedere le camere al primo e secondo piano ma noi purtroppo eravamo al terzo e sinceramente la camera è molto piccola con un bagno interno dotato di una doccia di buone dimensioni ma con un lavandino piccolissimo al limite dell'utilizzo. Per onestà devo dire che siamo capitati in una settimana con temperature esterne veramente elevate e probabilmente fuori dalla norma ma la camera era veramente calda e senza aria condizionata, dotata di un ventilatore a piantana. Per raggiungere la camera ci sono tre rampe di scale ripide e strette e non c'è ascensore.

Die Lage des Hotels, das eigentlich eine Pension ist, ist nur 10 Minuten vom Zentrum. Das Frühstück ist abwechslungsreich und reichlich.
Das Zimmerfenster ließ sich nicht auf Kipp stellen. Die Badezimmertür war nur provisorisch. Ferner hätte man schon in der Buchungsbeschreibung darauf hinweisen sollen, dass im Bereich der Hotelzimmer keine Schuhe erlaubt sind.

De roldeur naar het toilet/badkamer gedeelte op de familiekamer is niet afsluitbaar.

Ontvangst in het Engels, dame schoot in paniek toen we antwoorden in het Nederlands, waar ze niks van begreep. Brugge ligt toch in Vlaanderen en niet in Engeland.
