Temiz konforlu ve tren istasyonuna yakın.
Pros:

Birkaç gün önce kaldığım bir oteldi. Roma tren istasyonuna yakın olması ve yeme içme açısından restoranların bulunduğu bir bölge olması nedeniyle uçağa daha kolay yetişebilmek için tercih ettik. Gerçekten de trenle havaalanına 30 dakika gidebilmek ve tren istasyonuna da bir 2 dakika içerisinde ulaşabilmek bizim için çok konforluydu. Bunun haricinde otel gerçekten dört yıldızlı çok güzel bir otel tertemiz kahvaltısı müthiş.

Beğenmediğim bir noktası yok.

Прекрасный отель с удобным расположением. Очень вкусные и полноценные завтраки,в номере функциональные кровати и выбор подушек сделали наш отдых максимально комфортным.Отличная работа сотрудников ресепшен,все вопросы решались очень быстро.Везде идеальная чистота.Спасибо огромное всем сотрудникам отеля!!!!

Gentillesse au cœur de Rome.
Pros:

Tout: le bâtument est impossant (comme d'habitude á Rome), les employés sont très gentils, le petit déjeuner est superbe.

Pros:

Meget venligt personale. Fint værelse med altan. Der er få værelser med altan og de ligger på samme etage og er afskærmet fra hinanden, men der er gennemgang. Ikke et problem og vi blev ikke forstyrret.

Cons:

Morgenmaden var ikke særlig lækker. Tørt brød. Æg og bacon var ok.

Unclean room, theft from stored luggage and no response from management.

The hotel has a central location close to Rome Termini station.

Cons:

The room was not properly clean.

Our experience became far more serious after check-out. We left our luggage in the hotel’s luggage storage with the hotel’s approval while we spent the day in Rome before our flight.

When we arrived in Copenhagen and opened our suitcase, we discovered that it had clearly been searched. A smaller Louis Vuitton bag had been stolen from inside a larger Louis Vuitton bag. A Chloé perfume and a lip product were also missing. In addition, a piece of artwork inside the suitcase had been bent and damaged.

We immediately contacted the hotel and sent a detailed email with photographs documenting the incident. Despite this, the hotel has not responded, investigated the matter or offered any assistance.

We understand that a hotel cannot always prevent criminal acts. However, when luggage is accepted for storage, guests should reasonably expect secure handling and professional follow-up if something goes wrong. We experienced neither.
