Nice stay.
Pros:

Excelente hotel
Pros:

A localização é perfeita para quem pretende ficar perto da Estação Termini. A cama é muito confortável, o quarto limpo e os funcionários muito atenciosos. Super recomendo.

Posizione ottima. Staff eccellente e cordiale, pronto a supportare in tutto. Camera eccellente (upgrade gratuito).

Cons:

Colazione non ben organizzata e non indimenticabile, anche perchè settata sul target del turista straniero. Non c'è una palestra.

Nice hotel near Termini, great for a short stay
Pros:

We have booked a double room with a balcony for one night (we had only a short stay in Rome) and enjoyed staying there. The personal was polite and helpful, and it is possible to store the luggage at the hotel before checking in or after checking out. The room had an air conditioner, so it was nice to stay at the hotel during the daytime heat. The bathroom was clean and nice, and we enjoyed chilling on the balcony in the evening. The bed has a great massage option, and we used it for a leg massage after much walking around the city. The hotel is located close to the Termini railway station, which is a big plus for a short stay. There are two nice Italian restaurants right around the corner from the hotel with great food and drinks. We even thought that it would have been nice to stay longer.

Pros:

Quarto confortável e equipado, cama maravilhosa com massagem, ótimo atendimento e café da manhã variado

Cons:

Ficamos na nossa última noite em Roma e foi conveniente pq tiramos o dia seguinte para fazer compras em Termini, um verdadeiro shopping, mas a área ao redor não é agradável

Room was clean, excellent location, all staffing is very friendly and helpful and terrific breakfast buffet. Over all excellent!

Cons:

The buffet staff are excellent keeping buffet clean and stocked but at the barista where the person in charge are not nice/friendly to me all three timers when I ordered cappuccino and ameicano during my stay..too bad I didn't get his name because I can't stand his manner when I ordered the coffee.
