Очень приветливый персонал. Близко к вокзалу. Станция метро рядом. Круглосуточная стойка регистрации. Замечательные кровати. Очень тихо.

Good stay in very good location.
Pros:

The breakfast was ok but nothing special compare with other hotels. I would say the 15 euro is a little bit too much. I would pay 10 euro.

Cons:

I stay on the top floor and the noise from air-conditioning units place on the roof disturb my sleep, but it wasnt too bad.

When I booked the Hotel's I was staying at I based it on breakfast included. When we got there I was informed breakfast was not included. Very disappointed.

Cons:

Great located hotel
Pros:

Stayed at this hotel twice before, hotel in good location in easy walking distance to most sights and close by metro for further away ones. Also train station in walking distance as well as many restaurants etc. Staff very helpful, rooms clean and good breakfast.

Cons:

Allot of services seem to be getting relocated at there sister hotel The Hive. Bar rarely in use, Lights no longer turned on for people to sit on roof top garden at night. When asked about this was told to make use of roof garden at Hive hotel. Don't see why a simple light could not be turned on. However despite this would still recommend and will happily use again if in Rome.
