Pros:

Wir hatten einen, wenn auch sehr kurzen, wunderschönen Aufenthalt und können das Hotel nur wärmstens empfehlen.
Das Frühstücksbuffet kann und muss ich jedem schwer empfehlen.

Pros:

Unheimlich freundliche Mitarbeiter, beste Betreuung bereits telefonisch vor der Anreise, wir durften eher ins Zimmer und sogar etwas länger bleiben. Auch unser Parkplatz wurde uns vor der Zeit zur Verfügung gestellt.
Das Frühstücksbuffet ist eine wahre Wonne!
Das ganze Hotel ist mit so viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet, wir sind restlos begeistert und kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Pros:

Das Frühstück war zwar nicht im gleichem Gebäude, aber es war außergewöhnlich.
Mit super viel Liebe zum Detail.
Das Frühstückspersonal war auch anders auf zack, im positiven. Habe mich super wohl gefühlt.

Das Zimmer war auch perfekt für eine alleinreisende Person.
Late Night Check-In hat auch super funktioniert.

Cons:

Als alleinreisende Frau hätte ich mir ein Türschloss oder Riegel gewünscht, aber das ist jammern auf hohem Niveau.

Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt.
Pros:

Sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal. Ein kleines, aber liebevoll eingerichtetes Einzelzimmer und eine außergewöhnliche Einrichtung haben den Aufenthalt besonders angenehm gemacht. Das Frühstücksbuffet war vielfältig und reichlich, und der Personenaufzug war ebenfalls sehr praktisch.

Lovely and I wouldn't hesitate to stay again
Pros:

Very cozy hotel. Access, information, and accommodation were met. We were able to leave our luggage there as well, which is so convenient when arriving and eager to go back out to eat or enjoy Köln a bit before check-in at 15:00.

Breakfast was extra special with unique options and the availability to order fresh eggs and ham. Lovely.


Location from and to the Rhein /Dom/ City are a stride away. Be sure that when leaving the train station to exit the station in the direction of the backside of the main station. This is where the latter train platforms are, for example, 11 and 12. This is the closest exit to the hotel.

Cons:

We did spot some rats in the back hof on the roof. Apparently this city has a rat problem.
