Pros:

Das Frühstück und der Service waren einzigartig. Habe ich in der Form noch nicht erlebt. Sehr nah am Gast ohne aufdringlich zu sein.

Overall great location and good price
Pros:

Fantastic location within walking distance of all the sights. Comfortable,clean room.

Cons:

Check in is at the sister hotel down the road. We were asked what time we would like breakfast and were offered 3 slots 7-8,8-9 or 9-10. It was not made clear that if we went for the 8-9 slot we were expected to have finished breakfast by 9 am. We arrived at 8.50 and the rather rude member staff told us we were too late for the full breakfast so we could only have a quick tea and croissant. If it had been made clearer that our table had to be given up at the end of the slot that would have helped. I understand that there needs to be a staggered breakfast but I did rather feel that I had been told off!! Not good!

Cons:

Pokoje znajdują się w zupełnie innym budynku niż recepcja i sala śniadaniowa, co jest niezbyt ptaktyczne. Ponadto trzeba z góry podać dokładną godzinę, o której się przyjdzie na śniadanie, co też jest mało komfortowe

Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich.

Cons:

Ich hatte ein „Upgrade“ auf ein Appartement bekommen. Im ganzen Haus roch es muffig. Das Appartement wirkte schon etwas ramponiert, Wände und Möbel waren angeschlagen.
