We had a great time, the location is perfect, very nice neighbourhood with good restaurants, cafés, and it only takes 15-20 minutes to get to the city centre by tram. The flat was spatious, clean, we received clear instructions and it was an extra that there was parking on the spot. Parking was 20 € / night and there was a fee for having a pet with us, 10 € / night but this was also quite clear from the description and it was a very clear and transparent way to pay those fees. There were two toilets in the flat which was also a plus as there was 6 of us.

Cons:

The flat could have been a bit better equipped, there were not many glasses/plates to use in the kitchen and it was a bit unclear how to use the dishwasher as we couldn't find any instructions. Also, the living room and kitchen was a bit differently structured than in the picture (it probably belonged to another flat in the building) - we thought that the kitchen and living room would be more seperated from each other.
These however didn't take away from the experience, all in all we had a great stay, I believe it is a good price for quality, so I absolutely recommend this accommodation.

Velmi pěkné ubytování v klidné lokalitě
Pros:

Pěkný velký apartmán, vše čisté a pohodlené. Dobrá lokalita, v okolí je klid a okna pokojů jsem měla do vnitrobloku, kde bylo naprosté ticho. Z chodby je občas něco slyšet, ale nikdo neporušil noční klid. Dobře zvládnutý je za mě i vstup a převzetí/odevzdání klíčů - rychlé, jednoduché a funkční.
Minutu od ubytování je zastávka tramvaje, obchod, kavárna/bar i park.

Cons:

Jediná drobnost - dřevěné nohy postele se s každým pohybem šoupou o dřevěnou podlahu a zároveň se maličko posunuje postel samotná. V noci to je slyšet a může to někomu vadit. Ale je to opravdu jen drobnost.

Čistý nový odhlučněný apartmán ve skvělé lokalitě. Pohodlné postele. Blízko do parku a ke kavárnam. Tramvaj za rohem. Snadno se parkovalo na ulici před budovou.

Cons:

Všechno bylo ok. Jen bych přidala kávovar s kafe pody.

Perfektes Plätzchen um Prag zu entdecken !
Pros:

Die Unterkunft war sauber, groß, hell und für uns perfekt gelegen.
Es gibt im Hof die Möglichkeit das Auto zu parken (mit Voranmeldung) und sonst unweit einen Parkplatz, der 24/7 überwacht ist.
Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel sind vor der Tür.

Nevhodné pro last minute ubytování
Cons:

Pochybná komunikace s personálem. Zabookovala jsme si ubytování večer, ale trvali na číslech rodných pasů dětí, které jsem neměla u sebe. Neodpovídali rychle na moje dotazy ani žádost o zrušení ubytování a až po půlnoci mi bez předchozí upozornění poslali přístupy do ubytování. V době, kdy již bylo několik hodin poté, co jsem poslala žádost o zrušení, když mi nechtěli dat přístupy do ubytování bez rodných čísel dětí. V tu dobu jsem již měla náhradní ubytování, protože logicky nemůžu s malými dětmi několik hodin čekat u ubytování, až mě někdo pustí dovnitř po půlnoci. Opravdu otřesná komunikace.

Pros:

Super na ubytovaní bolo urcite parkovanie priamo vo dvore a lokalita ubytovania.

Cons:

Po príchode bol cítiť zápach cigaretového dymu, ktory sa snažil byť prekrytý parfumom a bolo to velmi nepríjemné. O to viac, ze sme tam boli s 2 malými deťmi.

Upratanie bolo na oko čisté ale po chvíľke sme mali špinavé ponožky.
