Pros:

Comfortable apartment, equipped kitchen (even oven, which is rare), convenient location, very pleasant neighborhood, good transportation, friendly personnel, we got help quickly when misunderstood how to use parking gate and we were provided with extra keys in a very short time

Cons:

If you have bigger car, it will be very difficult to use parking in the courtyard

Cons:

1. Nebija kondicionieris, atverot logu nāk iekšā cigarešu smaka no sētas, jo lejā ir smēķētava. 2. Dzīvoklī bija vieta veļas mašīnai (palikušas caurules), bet tās tur nebija, tā bija lejā, aizslēgtā telpā, kur tā pat nevar tikt, tikai ar "īpašām atļaujām". Lai tur tiktu un kaut ko mazgātu ir jāsamaksā 8€ par VIENU mazgāšanu un VĒL 8€ par žāvēšanu. 3. Mums piedāvāja autostāvvietu, kur bija jāaizsūta mašīnas modelis, numurs utt., mēs aizsūtījām, 2 dienas iepriekš ierašanās datuma. Neko neatbild mums līdz pat pašam vakaram, kad mašīnu jau atstājām citur. Pašā vakarā pēc vairāku ziņu sūtīšanas mums atbildēja, ka jā, ir stāvvieta, BET 20 EIRO PA NAKTI, tātad 60EUR pa visu uzturēšanos,kas pavisam nav izdevīgi, jo mums tad būtu gan jāmaksā par viesnīcas stāvvietu, pat ja mēs tur neesam visu dienu, un vēl par stāvvietām vecpilsētā, veikalos utt... Tātad par visu no jums iekasē naudu- uzreiz jau sūta PayPal vai tamlīdzīgas lietotnes linkus lai tik maksātu. Visu uzturēšanos viesnīcā stāvvietās bija daudz brīvu vietu.
Tātad kopumā-par tādu cenu nekas nav iekļauts, viss par papildu maksu.

Cons:

No air conditioning, loud building & neighbours partying above. The access code wasn’t working, they were not picking up the phone number provided, so we had to wait outside in 30+ degrees heat with a toddler until someone got back to us and allowed entry.
