Camera molto spaziosa e illuminata, colazione buona, posizione eccellente, personale accogliente.

Cons:

La facciata dovrebbe ricevere una rinfrescata e la pulizia dovrebbe ricevere più cura (molti capelli per terra e qualcuno sul letto).

Chambre du côté de la rue très bruyante (ne pas ouvrir la fenêtre), la piscine intérieure a vieilli avec une température étouffante.

We loved our stay because we just needed to relax and get away.
Pros:

Villa C is a great place to stay, what you get for your money is amazing, access to the pool, sauna and gym a fabulous breakfast with everything you might want and the hotel is clean and staff are amazing. Beds are very comfy AC hot water great WiFi the works. It's so easy to get to on the metro and only a shoe drive from Porto airport. We also took a day trip into Porto itself which was brilliant.

Cons:

Azurara and Villa do Conde are OK, but not amazing, Azurara Beach doesn't have facilities or a life guard nor is there much to eat nearby you have to walk 25 mins over the bridge to get to Villa do Conde to find decent beach facilities and restaurants. The hotel could do with a bit of maintenance, shelves repainted sealant round the bath was coming away but nothing major.

Pros:

Le service n'a pas été a la hauteur du tout.
Le personnel dépassé .
Toutes les chambres nous accompagnant soit + 20 ont eu le même constat.
Chambre Suite et équipements communs souvent défectueux et pas propre.
Pa de respect des horaires check in et restaurant ouvert avec +1 heure de retard.

Cons:

Tout a ete un désastre de A à Z.
Je ne peux faire aucun commentaires positifs.
Malheureusement nous avons subi la médiocrité pendant ce séjour.
