Good breakfast and friendly staff and near town which is what we needed as on a walking holiday but the aircon didnt work so it was very hot in the night.

Aircon didn't work. Quite old system and blew warm air around :(

Entspannter Aufenthalt. Ich empfehle das Hotel weiter.
Pros:

Sehr geschmackvoll und liebevoll eingerichtetes Boutique – Hotel. Betten waren bequem und die Zimmer einfach aber sehr sauber. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sehr schöner Spa- Bereich. Das Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig und liebevoll arrangiert.

Cons:

Kleiner Minuspunkt: unser Zimmer lag zur Hauptstraße hinaus, so dass wir nicht bei offenem Fenster schlafen konnten, da in die Straße sehr frequentiert ist. Bei geschlossenen Fenster war es aber ruhiger.

Pros:

The bed was good and the towels were extra nice. Having access to massage sessions was also good. Breakfast was acceptable

Cons:

The staff was a bit cold and distant. The location is bit far from downtown Vila. The sound proofing is really bad. You can hear people on the halls very easily.

Ein sehr gelungener Start zu „unserem“ Jakobsweg.
Pros:

Die Freundlichkeit des Personals. Alle waren freundlich.
Herausragend war allerdings Luiz (ich hoffe, ich habe seinen Namen richtig geschrieben): er war sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit, hatte eine angenehm offene Art.
Wir hatten sogar die Möglichkeit, durch ihn einen kleinen Einblick in „Land und Leute“ zu bekommen.
Das Schwimmbad mit 30 Grad Wassertemperatur und sehr freundlichem Personal.

Cons:

Die Qualität des Abendessens.
