Hotel Club Barbarossa

When we first arrived, we were given a room different from the one i had reserved, so I objected.i asked for a room that matched my reservation, but they said it was an equivalent. Although I had made a Deluxe reservation, the staff claimed that the room was an Elite room. Later on, we noticed that the room’s condition and overall maintenance were quite poor. The room key was faulty, there were issues with the electrical sockets, and the TV’s sound did not work. Overall, the only positive aspect was the comfort of the bed.

We parked our car where the hotel directed us, and unfortunately it was hit from behind while parked. Despite there being 3–4 cameras around, we were told they were not working. The hotel took no responsibility and offered no assistance.
The hotel itself was still under construction — an old building that clearly wasn’t ready to be opened yet. It felt run-down and uninviting. We really regret choosing to stay there.
We stayed as a group of 4 adults and 2 children. There’s a lot more I could say about our experience, but this already says enough.

Odalar küçük ve eski, villa evleri otele çevirmişler. Yandaki odanın kapısı açılıp kapanınca sesi korkunç çıkıyor park yeri bulmak imkansız gibi, yemeğe üç kişi gittik 5 yazmışlar fazladan. Temizlik kötüydü, başkasını odasında içilen ve yenenleri bize yazmışlar.

Einrichtungen von den Zimmern waren sehr alt. Das komplette Gebäude renovierungsbedürftigt. Der Weg zum Hotel mit dem Auto ist immer so eine sache weil mann dort kaum Parkplätze finden kann.

- la habitación llena de humedades, el jacuzzi cuando lo arrancamos empezó a salir una cosa negra por los botones que algunos de ellos saltaron. Los muebles de baño todos comidos por la humedad, la tapa del water se soltó varias veces hasta que tuvimos que llamar a recepcion.
En cuanto a la comida, los precios están por las nubes. Nos han cobrado 25€ por una porción de sandía y los precios de los platos de comida son excesivamente caros. Por no mencionar el servicio que es lentísimo en todo. Se mueve muy pero muy lentamente.

We specifically messaged the hotel to say we would check in between 7-8 pm as we were travelling from Bodrum and it was a long drive to get to Kas. When we got there no one was at reception. We had to wait for quite a while for someone to get there. They gave us the wrong room. He then had to call someone and arrange another room for us which still didn't fit the description of what we paid for but since it was late and we were exhausted we took the room.

We had a tour booked through the hotel for the next morning, but no one could give us any information. At 8.50 in the morning the receptionist said we had 5 minutes to eat breakfast and leave for the tour. We hardly got to sit and eat when they very rudely showed us a translated message that read "the tour bus leaves now if you want to go otherwise we will leave you behind".

Our room was supposed to have a swimming pool with a view. The pool was one floor below and empty with wires hanging around. The jacuzzi in the room was dirty and had a very pungent odor when switched on. The nozzles were rusted and not cleaned properly. The shower head was broken and had no proper water flow. The shower pipe connected to the wall was literally falling off and had to be held in place. The bidet tap wasn't fitted well and fell off when turned and had to be pushed into place and handled very delicately.

I haven't traveled much but everywhere I've stayed always offered 2 bottles of complimentary water. You will be charged for water here and the receptionist very blatantly said "take the water from the mini fridge", so they could charge us later.

You even have to pay for water at breakfast.
No one is available at reception except for an hour or two in the morning.

Overall the hotel isn't very clean and the upkeep is poor around the entire property.

Hospitality is highly disappointing for lack of better words.
