Pros:

Superbe établissement très très propre avec un personnel très accueillant aimable et à l écoute
Grande chambre avec lit King size
Petit déjeuner varié avec des plats chauds et beaucoup de variétés de charcuteries fruits frais bien agréables

Cons:

Arrivés avec la nuit c’est un peu difficile à trouver et surtout le parking un peu petit pour autant de voyageurs dans ce grand établissement

Ne-au intâmpinat doua fete draguțe la receptie.A durat aproximativ două minute și am primit cheile de la cameră.Hotel ok,camere curate,parfumate,parcare gratuită.Hotelul are si piscină.

Wonderful place, best staff.
Pros:

Wow! We loved every minute here, and thats thanks to the staff. Lovely people all over the place. Since we visited in shoulder season they upgraded us to the best room with balcony. The beds were supercomfy, room was very clean. We had dinner in the attached restaurant that served great food. The tiramisu can be one of the best I have had in Italy. The decor in the Hotel and the Restaurant is a true mix of all different types of styles, but we loved it. Very spacious free parking was my h appreciated as well as the house dog just being around. Big shout out to the staff in both restaurant and Hotel that made our stay one of the best!

Excellent experience. Room is very clean and has an amazing view, the breakfast is varied and qualitative. The sauna was really good as well. Shoot-out to Raffaella and Alessandro from the reception who are super friendly and efficient. Grazie mille

Pros:

Самое главное это персонал, сервис как дома, с 2023 года в Европе такого не встречал. Все чистенько, отличный вид из окна и ресторан просто чудесный.

Auf der Durchreise eine Nacht verbracht. Riesiges und sehr sauberes Zimmer. Ein alt-ehrwürdiges Hotel mit sehr passender Einrichtung. Wir fühlten uns sehr wohl und schliefen super. Grosszügiges Frühstücksbuffet.

Pros:

Freundlicher Empfang bei der Ankunft. Gratisparkplatz. Schönes Zimmer mit Sicht auf den See und kleinem Balkon, herrlich. Sehr gut geschlafen auf der komfortablen Matratze. Abends im Restaurant gegessen mit aufmerksamem Personal und feinem Essen. Morgens überraschend das Frühstück geschenkt bekommen, eventuell weil ich schon einige Male in diesem Hotel übernachtet habe..... Also immer wieder gerne.

Cons:

Die Dusche ist etwas eng und altmodisch. Sonst alles gut.

Tussenstop in stijl weg van de snelweg
Pros:

Goede locatie voor een tussenstop weg van de snelweg. Ruime kamer in een bijgebouw. Onze kamer had een balkonnetje met uitzicht op de bergen. Heel goed en zeer uitgebreid ontbijt met uitmuntende service.

Cons:

De kamer in het bijgebouw was gezellig maar had niet de uitstraling van een viersterrenhotel. De radiator in de badkamer was aangesloten op de koeling zodat enkele handdoeken nat werden. (Het hoofdgebouw en het professionele personeel pasten wel bij een topklasse hotel)
