Nice but expected better...
Pros:

Location and facilities are nice but need some TLC. Staff is friendly but clearly victim of circumstances and lack of organization.

Cons:

Clearly taken over by new management recently. Outside facilities and breakfast areas are quite messy.
Quality of the food served at the restaurant is good, but the "fine dininig" concept completely misses its scope due to insufficient and unexperienced staff.

Fomos muito bem recepcionados com uma taça de proseco e água saborisada, nas mesas em frente a piscina e com vista para o lago. O quarto é extremamente confortável e o cafe da manhã otimo. A piscina, além de muito bem cuidada, tem suítes e espreguiçadeiras confortáveis, além de contar com serviço de comida e bebida durante todo o dia e jantar. A vista do quarto é maravilhosa para o lago, sem falar na presença do Black, um cão muito carinhoso e guardião dos hóspedes e da propriedade.

Cons:

O tamanho do box poderia ser maior, ja que o banheiro é grande e tem área disponível para um box de tamanho adequado.

Cons:

Vétusté des chambres (clim qui fuit, sdb dans le jus, volets qui ne ferment pas…), restaurant où on a attendu 1h avant qu’on prenne notre commande avec des enfants malgré la réservation et une dizaine de table à gérer. Piscine avec tout les rebords non nettoyé et eau trouble. Sincèrement, manque de rénovation et services pas digne d’un 4 etoile.

Wir hatten einen rundum gelungenen Aufenthalt und können das Hotel uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Besonders gefreut haben wir uns über das kostenlose Zimmerupgrade – eine tolle Überraschung, die unseren Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht hat.
Das Frühstück war gut: Auswahl, frische Produkte und für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei.
Das freundliche Personal, der tolle Service und die hervorragende Lage haben unseren Aufenthalt perfekt gemacht.
Besonders schön fanden wir auch, dass Hunde herzlich willkommen sind. Das hat unseren Aufenthalt mit unserem Vierbeiner sehr entspannt gemacht. Am Abend haben wir außerdem im Hotel eine sehr leckere Pizza gegessen.

Sehr guter Platz für ein paar Tage mit toller Küche und Service

Der Empfang war sehr freundlich. Der Parkplatz war sehr gut und auch verfügbar. Der Hotelhund Blacky war sehr cool.die Lage ist gut. Die Küche des Restaurants und der Koch sind super, ebenso der Service. Die Klimaanlage war super und das Zimmer wurde sehr gut gekühlt.

Cons:

Das Badezimmer war sehr klein, insbesondere die Dusche. Leider gab es keine brauchbare Bootsverbindung zu anderen Orten
