Läget var toppen. Rent. Trevlig personal.

Cons:

Liten och smal hiss. Men bra för möjlighet skicka upp väskor. Helt ok gå upp.

Pros:

Stedet hadde en tipp topp beliggenhet, utrolig hyggelig personale, og rommene var høyt oppe, om man kunne se ned på gaten og himmelen. Rommet var godt isolert mot gaten, det var en god gate med noe lyd.

Cons:

Rommet var svært lytt og man kunne høre mye fra naborommet, men det gikk fint for oss.

Fin plassering, greie rom men skjemmende inngangsparti
Pros:

Perfekt plassering i byen, kort til gamlebyen og strandpromenaden. Hyggelig personale.
Ok rom.

Cons:

Trangt for tre personer i ett tremannsrom. Skulle gjerne hatt mulighet for å plassere koffertene på stativer eller lignende.
Det manglet frokostrom. Det var ikke plass til å spise frokost på tremannsrommet vi leide.
Inngangspartiet og oppgangen fra første etasje til fjerde etasje er skjemmende for hotellet og er direkte shabby. Det luktet vondt i oppgangen . Heisen var trang.

Pequeña habitación con excelente ubicación
Pros:

La ubicación es inmejorable. La habitación con terraza tiene vistas muy buenas. El trato del personal de conserjería es excelente, cuyo horario es hasta las 20 horas. Por suerte Jean Louis nos ayudó a subir las maletas y bajarlas a nuestra retirada.

Cons:

Se anuncia que tiene heladera y solo tiene un pequeño frigobar que apenas enfría. También se anuncian canales de cable y no tiene ni cable ni streaming, el televisor e viejo solo se pueden ver los canales de antena en francés. La mesa de comedor es una pequeña mesa puente de unos 20 cm de ancho ya que la habitación es sumamente pequeña. El primer día no hicieron la limpieza de la habitación ni tendieron la cama. Solo cambiaron las toallas. El hotel está en un cuarto piso al que llegas por ascensor pero las habitaciones nro 7 al 14 incluida tienen un piso por escalera con escalones sumamente irregulares y pequeños pero alfombrados. Por último los productos de tocador (como es usual en Europa) son de mala calidad ya que es el mismo producto para lavarse el cuerpo y el pelo, sin acondicionador para el cabello.

Clean, well-located and welcoming.
Pros:

Great staff very helpful and kind - gave us towels for the beach.

VERY clean! Probably one of the cleanest hotel rooms I have ever stayed in.

Great location right in central Nice. The hotel is directly next to so many shops, cafes, bakeries and restaurants.

Huge terrace outside with chairs and a table.

Amazing air conditioning which was so needed during the heat wave we were experiencing at the time. Made it so much more comfortable to sleep and relax in the room.

Cons:

If you have mobility issues or are a larger person - the elevator is very small (as it’s an older building this is very common) and there are 4-5 flights of stairs to get up to the hotel on the top floor.

Unfortunately, the mattress was quite hard and the pillows were lumpy which was not very comfortable for sleeping.

If you are a light sleeper you may hear some noise at night or in the morning since the walls are quite thin and there are quite a few rooks directly next to each other - I didn’t find it too bad though.

The shower door opened just enough to fit through it, but if you are a larger person you will have trouble getting in and out of it as well as moving around within it.

Pleasant for a short stay
Pros:

The room had a beautiful terrace and the reception staff was very helpful.

Cons:

The elevator was a bit hot and small for even two people. The building had a smell on one of the days from when we went down the stairs.. potentially of garbage from other units in the building.

Pros:

The staff, especially Jean-Louis, was very helpful and friendly. He has high knowledge in the tourism sector and recommended many good places to visit. The location of the hotel is strategic and close to everything. As for the cleanliness, the hotel is very clean and renovated.

Cons:

The lift is too small.

Pros:

Das Hotel hat eine hervorragende Lage – mitten im Zentrum und direkt an der Fußgängerzone. Der Strand ist ebenfalls nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt.
Das Hotel befindet sich im 4. Stock. Ein Aufzug ist vorhanden, allerdings ist dieser sehr klein und schmal.
Mein Zimmer lag direkt zur Fußgängerzone. Dadurch hört man den Lärm von der Straße, besonders nachts. Mit Ohropax lässt sich das jedoch gut lösen.
Das Personal war ausgesprochen freundlich, herzlich und sehr zuvorkommend. Der Aufenthalt hat mir sehr gut gefallen und ich würde jederzeit wiederkommen.
