Świetne miejsce na punkt wypadowy w każdym kierunku
Pros:

Lokalizacja- ścisłe centrum Funchal, blisko autobusy, galeria i cała infrastruktura; personel bardzo miły i pomocny

Great location,staff and breakfast but old bad electronic key system!!

Location and staff plus very good breakfast selection

Cons:

Room key system. Three day stay and every day the system failed and we had to get our keys reset. Come on management get a grip and sort this out - investment required!!

Café da manhã bom e localização .
A gentileza do funcionário Ricardo foi o diferencial .
Muito cuidadoso e atencioso , inclusive fez um lanche para levarmos para comer no aeroporto , tendo em vista que o voo era muito cedo

Cons:

A porta do banheiro estava emperrada e fazia barulho a noite .

Hôtel fantastique!
Pros:

Hôtel bien situé, très propre et bien équipé. Très tranquille durant la nuit. à distance de marche de commerce, supermarché et bord de mer. Le personnel était très agréable et à l'écoute des besoins. Le petit-déjeuner était varié et délicieux. Les chambres avec cuisinette sont pratiques pour manger tranquilles à l'hôtel après une journée d'aventures!

Cons:

Rien à notre avis. Tout était tel que décrit et nous sommes très satisfaits de notre séjour.

Bem localizado, mas o hotel é muito mau. Na noite anterior a apanhar o barco pedimos alguma coisa para comer às 7.15h. Disseram que não haveria problema. De manhã o pequeno almoço estava todo pronto, mas a responsável recusou o pedido pir 10 minutos.

Os quartos estavam pouco limpos e são maus. É um hotel de duas estrelas sofrível. Das piores experiências que tive até hoje na Madeira
