Il bagno troppo piccolo e senza piatto doccia si allagava. Troppo caldo in stanza e mancanza di uno stendino per i costumi, utile essendo un posto di mare.

Insetti in camera, purtroppo per il prezzo che si paga non accettabile

Posizione centrale.
Abbiamo avuto problema con la nostra camera (insetti e sporco) e la signora dello staff, che ringrazio, è riuscita a trovare sistemazione alternativa, è stara molto gentile e disponibile. Si è attivata subito per risolvere il momento di disagio.

Cons:

Purtroppo appena arrivate in camera c’erano degli insetti in camera tra cui delle blatte.
La camera e il bagno inadeguati. Ok che è un 2 stelle ma per il prezzo che si paga, è assurdo dover dormire in un posto così sporco e malandato.

First, the room was in unacceptable condition. The sink was broken, the mattress was extremely uncomfortable, and the room was unbearably hot due to the lack of air conditioning.

Second, the property's description and the actual condition of the room did not match my reasonable expectations. The excessive heat made the room unsuitable for children, and the broken sink was an additional serious issue.

Posizione ottima, personale all'ingresso di una gentilezza e cortesia unica, ho molto apprezzato.

Cons:

manca aria condizionata, ma la struttura fronte mare è sempre ventilata ecomunque con le pale a soffitto rinfrescano a sufficienza anche nel giorno piu' caldo.

Non c’era aria condizionata, le pale al soffitto non andavano e la proprietaria ha detto che si era rotta al mattino. Ci ha messo un ventilatore in camera che faceva solo rumore e non aria. L’asciugacapelli che c’è scritto in prenotazione, non c’era.
La terrazza che si vede nelle foto, in camera non c’era.
La ragazza in reception, quando salutava non guardava nemmeno in faccia e rimenava con lo sguardo attaccato al computer.
Possibilità della colazione in camera, non c’era.
La proprietaria è stata gentile nello spiegare i vari ristoranti o strutture in spiaggia che sono stati utili.

La posizione comodissima centrale e vicina alla stazione, abbiamo avuto la fortuna di trovare il posto auto disponibile di fronte, il personale molto gentile e la proprietaria molto disponibile, ci forniti di fon e ventilatore non presenti in camera. Mi sarei aspettata un costo un po’ inferiore per il tipo di sistemazione, ma in effetti la zona è molto cara e offre quindi una buona soluzione in rapporto qualità/prezzo, ottima per escursioni anche via treno o battello.

L’emplacement et l’accueil

Cons:

Cet hôtel est bien pour une, voire deux nuits, pas plus. La salle de bain est très sommaire, surtout la douche. L’insonorisation est inexistante : on entend la chasse d’eau et la douche des voisins comme si nous étions dans la même pièce. Le ménage est bien fait mais l’hôtel est très vieillissant ce qui donne un aspect peu hygiénique (moisissures, taches sur le mur, tache sur le petit canapé….)
