Pros:

La struttura è in una posizione centrale e comoda! Offre sia parcheggio che piscina ad uso gratuito per i clienti con fornitura di calotta e asciugamano previa cauzione restituita a fine soggiorno. Lo staff davvero gentile e disponibile, ottimo soggiorno!

San Max, una garanzia.
Pros:

Apprezzo molto il San Max per la sua posizione, tranquilla pur se centralissima; per la disponibilità di parcheggio privato, una vera chicca per la zona.
Aggiungo l'ottima pulizia e spaziosità delle camere.
Lo staff poi è semplicemente perfetto.

Cons:

Tutto ok con un piccolo appunto sulla colazione che è buona ma ridotta all'essenziale.

Un soggiorno con potenzialità ancora inespresse

La struttura gode di una posizione comoda e il personale, molto giovane, si è sempre mostrato cortese e disponibile nei modi. Un valore aggiunto è certamente la piscina esterna, da poco riaperta per la stagione estiva; in una città come Catania, soprattutto nei mesi più caldi, rappresenta un elemento di particolare apprezzamento che arricchisce l’esperienza di soggiorno.

Cons:

La camera era piuttosto piccola e poco luminosa, un aspetto che incide inevitabilmente sulla qualità della permanenza.

Tra gli aspetti migliorabili, suggerirei una verifica più puntuale degli accessori messi a disposizione degli ospiti, come il ferro da stiro. Nel mio caso, mi è stato consegnato un apparecchio in evidente cattivo stato che ha finito per rovinarmi un capo di cui avevo bisogno per un evento. Pur avendomi indicato una lavanderia nelle vicinanze, avrei apprezzato una gestione più attenta e una maggiore assunzione di responsabilità rispetto al disagio arrecato.

Anche la colazione è risultata al di sotto delle aspettative: in una città come Catania, dove la tradizione gastronomica rappresenta un’eccellenza riconosciuta, l’offerta è apparsa molto standardizzata e poco rappresentativa del territorio. Dopo il primo giorno, pur avendola inclusa nel soggiorno, ho preferito non usufruirne ulteriormente.

Infine, il servizio di pulizia è apparso piuttosto superficiale. Considerando che la stessa persona sembra occuparsi anche della gestione della colazione, forse una maggiore distinzione dei ruoli potrebbe contribuire a mantenere standard qualitativi più costanti in entrambi gli ambiti.

The perfect location for business trips !
Pros:

Great location, ideal parking spot, big rooms, very clean, friendly staff. I would go back !

Cons:

Although I didn't use it, the swimming pool looked really small with strange opening hours and closed most of the year. Not the type of place for staying in the hotel all day long but perfect for people who just use the room as a resting place.
