Brilliant stay

Abbiamo trascorso una notte al San Max Hotel, posizione centrale e molto comoda per girare il centro di Catania.
La colazione completa di dolce e salato è adeguata a tutte le esigenze.
Abbiamo avuto la necessità sia all'arrivo che alla partenza di usufruire del servizio deposito bagagli che reputiamo veramente comodo. Il personale è stato molto gentile e disponibile indicandoci i punti di interesse della città e consigliandoci anche dove uscire e mangiare.

È stato un soggiorno davvero rilassante, che mi ha permesso di staccare completamente dalla quotidia
Pros:

Ho scelto questo hotel soprattutto per la posizione centrale e per la piscina, e sono rimasta molto soddisfatta della scelta. La piscina è davvero bella e anche l’area circostante è ben curata, con doccia, lettini e ombrelloni.

Ho apprezzato molto anche la pulizia generale della struttura. La camera e il bagno erano spaziosi e confortevoli. Lo staff è stato davvero gentile, disponibile e sempre pronto ad aiutare.

La colazione era buona e con un’ampia scelta. Ho apprezzato in particolare la macchinetta per le bevande calde, che permetteva di scegliere tra tantissime opzioni, dal caffè al cappuccino, fino alla cioccolata e ad altre bevande.

Ho trovato molto comodo anche il check-out alle 11, che permette di godersi la mattinata con più calma. Molto carino anche il fatto che l’hotel mettesse a disposizione gratuitamente una bottiglietta d’acqua che si poteva poi riempire alla fontanella presente nella struttura: un piccolo dettaglio, ma sicuramente apprezzato.

Nel complesso mi sono trovata molto bene e tornerei volentieri.

La colazione era buona e con un’ampia scelta, anche se la qualità mi è sembrata più nella media che eccezionale.

Overall, a very pleasant stay
Pros:

The staff were some of the friendliest and most welcoming I have encountered in a very long time. They were always kind, helpful, and genuinely made me feel welcome.
The hotel also has a very good location, with the center of Catania being easily reachable within about 10 minutes on foot. This made it very convenient for exploring the city without needing public transportation.

Cons:

Although the breakfast was relatively good, it could have been a little more varied, with a wider selection of options.
