Sehr schön, freundlich und tolle Menschen die dort arbeiten.
Pros:

die Auswahl der Speisen beim Frühstück , das sehr freundliche und aufmerksame Personal. Was ich auch richtig schön und erholsam finden ist der Sauna-Bereich, Mit Finnischer Sauna und Infrarot-Sauna.

Cons:

Das man keine Fotos auf der Homepage von Sauna Bereich finden.

Ich habe mit meiner Bewertung wirklich nur das Zimmer bewertet. Wir hatten zwei Nächte ohne Frühstück gebucht. Frühstück hätten wir für 17,90 Euro p.P..vor Ort dazu buchen können. Es war auch einiges los, so das ich denke, das man hier gut frühstücken kann. Das Ambiente lädt auf jeden Fall dazu ein. Das Zimmer selbst war schlicht mit kleinem Bad, aber sauber. Gefällt hat mir Bodylotion auf dem Zimmer. Minibar und die Möglichkeit für Kaffee oder Tee war auch nicht vorhanden. Ich glaube, die 4 Sterne beziehen sich nur auf das Restaurant, nicht auf das Hotel. Parken war kostenlos. Da allerdings am WE dort Feiern statt finden, sind die Parkplätze sehr gefragt. Koblenz ist auf jeden Fall einen Besuch Wert. Lage des Hotels ist gut.

Kein zweites Mal
Pros:

Das Frühstück und das Personal war einwandfrei. Ich habe zwar kein Omelett bekommen, dafür war das Angebot aber gut.
Das Personal war hilfreich und hat mir bei meinem Anliegen erfolgreich helfen können.

Cons:

Ich hatte ein Einzelzimmer, wo ich mich beim Öffnen der Badtür beinahe übergeben musste. Dadurch, dass das Bad weder ein Fenster noch einen funktionierenden Abzug hatte, roch es extrem modrig, dass ich das Gefühl hatte, es liegt irgendwas Totes im Bad.
Im neuen Zimmer dann war der Teppichboden mit Brandlöchern und abgewetzten Stellen versehen. Ferner war der Abschluss zw. Bordüre und Teppich schwarz vor Dreck.

Pros:

Großes Zimmer - nach hinten raus war sehr schön und ruhig.
Großartiges Frühstück mit allem was das Herz begehrt.
Hundefreundlich.
Freundliches Personal.
Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür.

Cons:

Die Dusche hatte nach kurzer Zeit kein warmes Wasser mehr.
WLAN könnte stärker sein und der Check Out hat recht lang gedauert.

Pros:

Die Mitarbeitenden sind freundlich. Das Essen vor Ort, ich habe bisher zwei Gerichte ausprobiert, war gut.
Grundsätzlich eine gute Unterkunft, die ich gerne für 2-3 Nächte buche, wenn der Preis passt.

Cons:

Achtung: Jammern auf hohem Niveau!
- Die Parkplatzsituation, wenn vor Ort eine Veranstaltung ist.
- Die Zimmer sind leider manchmal ohne (funktionierenden) Kühlschrank.
- Die Lautstärke anderer Gäste auf dem Flur (fehlende Rücksichtnahme).
- Preislich, wahrscheinlich je nach Zeitraum, empfinde ich ein Einzelzimmer als viel zu teuer.
- Die Sauberkeit ist gut, allerdings nicht zu meiner vollsten Zufriedenheit.
