Sin duda, el mejor hotel
Pros:

El alojamiento está muy bien ubicado, tiene un desayuno riquísimo y es muy limpio. Nos ha encantado el trato de los trabajadores allí, es la tercera vez que nos alojamos aquí y nos hacen sentir como en casa. Les consideramos familia por como nos han cuidado.

Pros:

The best hotel we've ever been to! Polite and friendly staff who will help and prompt you in everything. Our friends managed to arrange and change the room without any problems, the staff helped them at the first request. There are also very tasty and varied breakfasts, high-quality room cleaning and comfortable rooms in themselves! Thanks a lot to the guys, they made our vacation in Istanbul unforgettable!

Barátságok, és a reggeli csodás volt
Pros:

Nagyon tetszett az, hogy a személyzet rettenetesen segítőkész és figyelmes volt. A nap bármely szakában mosolyogtak, és segítőkészek voltak. A reggeli szuper volt, bőséges és kiváló. Köszönjük szépen

Cons:

egy kicsit azért kopottabb a szoba, mint a képeken, de őszintén szólva annyira fáradtak voltunk, hogy nem foglalkoztunk vele. Minden működött amit használtunk és nem kerestünk hibát.

Отель нам очень понравился! Очень вкусные завтраки. Мы жили в небольшом трехкомнатном номере — он был уютным и комфортным. Каждый день проводилась уборка, а постельное белье меняли по мере необходимости.
Персонал очень вежливый и отзывчивый🫶🏻Отдельное спасибо Энесу, Фатиху и Кадиру за их доброжелательность и помощь.Каждый раз, когда у нас возникали вопросы или нужна была помощь, они всегда были готовы помочь💗💗💗
Мы ни разу не пожалели, что выбрали именно этот отель. Если еще раз приедем в Стамбул, обязательно остановимся здесь снова🤗
Также хочется отметить отличное расположение отеля. Он находится в пешей доступности от главных достопримечательностей города: дворца Топкапы, Айя-Софии, Голубой мечети (Султанахмет) и Гранд-базара. До трамвайной остановки тоже всего около 5 минут пешком, что очень удобно.

Nuestra experiencia en hotel Kupeli fue inmejorable. La ubicación es muy buena, en pleno barrio de Sultanhamet, a 10m andando de las mezquitas principales de la ciudad. El hotel estaba muy cuidado, y limpiaban la habitación a diario. La recepción está disponible 24h y el trato de todos los chicos que trabajan allí fue excepcional. Tuvimos un percance médico de madrugada y nos ayudaron en todo momento.

Un sejur aproape perfect cu mici probleme pe alocuri, se pot întâmplă oriunde!
Pros:

Personalul amabil, aproape de mijloacele de transport dar și de majoritatea atracțiilor turistice importante, curățenie zilnică, mic-dejun semi bun.

Cons:

Mini-barul funcționează invers (adică da mai multă căldură decât să răcească), consumabilele (șampon, balsam …) cam proasta calitatea, urcatorul de par a făcut flama la prima utilizare. Ar mai fi o problema întâmpinată în ultima zi cu apă, dar aici nu pot să dau vina pe hotel deoarece a fost o problemă generală

Ottima ospitalità, rifornivano sempre di acqua e saponi ogni giorno durante le pulizie. Rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo.
Consiglierei un appendi asciugamani nel bagno.

Cons:

Colazione carente di dolci e presenti solo pietanze salate. La camera che ci era stata assegnata era comunicante con un altro ospite( ovviamente con la porta comunicante chiusa) ma si sentivano rumori.
