Absolutely nothing, the lady i guess one of the owner as soon you walk into the property you realise you ended up being in a horror movie.
The old grumpy lady at the door treated me like I was mentally retired explaining how to close a door, how to switch on the light how to open the door of the shower, mentioning about 7 times that she doesn’t care and she has to finish to explain all this silly things to avoid breaking anything inside the property, extremely rude, unprofessional, unwelcoming behaviour.
The lady could have been the main character of a horror movie, she never leaves the property she sleep on the chair/sofa and seems even upset if you ring the bell to come back.

L'esperienza complessiva è stata decisamente al di sotto delle aspettative per una struttura che si definisce un "hotel"; l'atmosfera e la gestione ricordano purtroppo molto più quelle di un ostello, a partire dall'accoglienza decisamente troppo informale, dato che la proprietaria ci ha ricevuti in ciabatte.
Appena arrivati, siamo stati accolti da un lunghissimo elenco di regole della casa, molte delle quali decisamente scontate o eccessivamente rigide: divieto di consumare alcolici, raccomandazioni insolite come il non sedersi sul coperchio del water o istruzioni minuziose su come usare le tapparelle e spegnere le luci. Inoltre, è vietato introdurre cibo in camera; ci è stato detto che si può consumare solo all'esterno dopo aver avvisato, con l'ulteriore bizzarra raccomandazione di chiudere benissimo i sacchetti dei rifiuti per evitare l'arrivo di "formiche del Sud America". La struttura è piuttosto datata e non insonorizzata, motivo per cui viene costantemente ribadito di non fare rumore e non parlare a voce alta.
La nota più dolente riguarda la gestione delle chiavi e il rientro: le chiavi delle stanze non vengono lasciate agli ospiti. Questo costringe a suonare il campanello a qualsiasi ora del giorno e della notte. Sapere che la proprietaria dorme su un divano nella hall pronta ad aprire crea un forte disagio negli ospiti, che si sentono quasi un peso o un disturbo, nonostante si tratti di un servizio regolarmente pagato.
Infine, anche i servizi minimi in camera lasciano a desiderare: in bagno manca il bidet e, contrariamente a quanto ci si aspetterebbe in un hotel (un set cortesia con bagnoschiuma, shampoo e saponetta), era presente un unico flacone di bagnoschiuma generico per viso e corpo.
La disponibilità della gestione è evidente, ma si traduce in un controllo e in una rigidità tali da far sentire il cliente non del tutto gradito.
