Bad personal they wouldn’t let you do anything. There was a woman waiting for you whenever you were leaving/enetering the building that had a lot of things to coment about what time you came, we used more than we should have the air conditionair (even though we extra paid for it). They don t let you leave the building witout leaving your key there, and they came inside all the time. One time she pulled out my charger from the plug when i was away saying that it can explode. Same with the AC not allowed to have it on, only at night. They don t let you eat inside or even bring food, if you do they will take it out of your room because they DO come in anytime. You can hear everything through the wallz and at around 9am is a mandatory cleaning of the room, and you have to leave the room. Asked to sleep more and skip the cleaning but we were not allowed.

Purtroppo ho trovato poco igienico che la signora salisse sul comodino vicino al letto con i piedi scalzi per aggiustare il clima e che appoggiasse oggetti sporchi sul cuscino dove avremmo dormito.

Chciałam zgłosić moje ubolewanie i ogromne niezadowolenie z powodu kontaktu z obsługą hotelu. Zostałam potraktowana w sposób niegrzeczny jakbym była przestępcą conajmniej. Obsługujaca mnie kobieta była niesamowicie niesympatyczna. Rekomendowałabym usuniecie tego hotelu z bookingu aby oszczedzic innym klientom tak nieprzyjemnych sytuacji.  Nigdy nie spotkałam się z tak poniżającym traktowaniem urażona xzstsła godność osobista moja  i mojego partnera z ktorym przyjechaliśmy do tego hotelu. Gdybyśmy nie byli tak zmeczeni po długiej podróży nie zostslibyśmy tutaj na pewno ani chwili dłużej. Rozumiem ,że nie mozna palic w pokoju i respektuję to zupełnie ale zabronienie wypicia piwa lub zjedzenia kanapki jest niedopuszczalne. Grożono nam policja jesli złamiemy ten zakaz. Czy to jest klasztor czy wiezienie???? Ostrzeżenie  napisane duźymi literami.  OKROPNY HOTEL!!!!!!

The stern and unfriendly reception by the host bordered on rudeness. On arrival, 30 min bombardment with house rules instead of a welcoming smile was simply shocking and unacceptable. Only gradually she backed off and started to treat us as civilised guests and not like antisocial criminals and drug addicts.

Restrizioni forse un po troppo eccessive ma comunque comunicate fin dalla prenotazione

La signora molto pignola e la struttura lascia molto a desiderare……

Leggermente decentrato, ma facilmente raggiungibile con i mezzi pubblici.

Neighbourhood is mostly chill but some nights we felt a bit uncomfortable when we leave metro station, but if you walk fast and not interact with anyone nothing happens :)

The building is quite old and not adapted very well to warm Milan temperatures. We were very hot during the night is my only issue.

Troppe restrizioni.

В туалете не было света, кондиционер не работал, вентилятора не было при жаре 37+. Еду приносить в номер нельзя, напитки можно но безалкогольные. Говорить в номере после 22 нельзя , так как плохая изоляция . Спать было невыносимо жарко.
