La struttura ha i suoi anni ma la pulizia è impeccabile

I know I may be called uncultured, uneducated, not a good person or persona non grata in Milano by the owner if I dare to criticise her hotel. I accepted her regulations before arrival, but I still have the right to express my opinion about them and I will use it. The check-in process is truly unacceptable. The numerous prohibitions presented during check-in, followed by a walk around the hotel explaining even more rules, especially in the room could simply be communicated on a sheet of paper given to the guest during check-in or being sticked on the room door. Instead, the procedure makes guests feel mentally incompetent, like potential vandals or intruders rather than welcome guests. The list of rules is far from normal: even 1-star hotels usually don't have so many instructions about which doors to close, how to close them, how to use lights, how to shower, etc. Some rules are simply ridiculous, such as a complete ban on food in the room. I understand banning meat, cheese or strong-smelling food, especially in Italian summer and without a fridge, but banning even dry, factory-sealed food bought as a gift is an absurd. Her hotel, her rules - okay. But the way they are communicated is totally unacceptable. Having a 1-star hotel, even in a good location and at a good price for Milano, does not give you the right to treat guests like intruders. Before arrival, the owner wrongly claimed my account had insufficient funds, causing unnecessary stress about having a place to stay overnight. Only after contacting Booking.com it turned out that she confused me with someone. On the first night I found a bug under my pillow (and, predicting the owner's response, I didn't have time to report its presence to her because I had to catch it and throw it out before it scuttled off somewhere else).

Nous sommes un couple âgé de 50 ans, nous avons été traité comme des adolescents. Faut pas faire ci faut pas faire ça faut pas utiliser trop d’eau…..,,,

De nada. As fotos não condizem com o alojamento. Má recepção.
Recepcionista a fumar é muito mal disposta.

Parking nisam mogla da platim sa nemackog broja,moguce je samo ukoliko imate Telepas.
Sreca imam drugaricu koja zivi u Italiji pa je ona platila,ali generalno ne postoji objasnjenje kako moze da se uplati parking sa stranog broja,nedostatak ATM aparata za parking.Ne postoji opcija za celodnevni parking sa popustom,nego placate po satu.

Stanza molto calda pur avendo noleggiato il ventilatore, le luci nei corridoi ( a fotocellula) andrebbero implementate e la direttrice professionale, ma molto, molto, troppo puntigliosa su quello che di può fare o meno. Comprensibile se avesse avuto di fronte due ragazzi, ma non con persone adulte. Onesto il rapporto qualità prezzo
