Prima hotel en kamer (zonder personeel) als uitvalsbasis voor meerdere uitstapjes in de omgeving.
Pros:

Mooie hotelchique ingerichte kamer, prima parkeergelegenheid, koffie en thee faciliteiten, mooie badkamer en goede bedden. Locatie ligt vlakbij de Keukenhof tussen de bollenvelden, 12 km van Noordwijk aan Zee.

Cons:

Wij verbleven in kamer 8 en de hele nacht door gaf in de badkamer de waterkraan van waarschijnlijk het toilet een harde klap, en na 10 seconden nog een. En dat iedere 10 minuten de hele nacht door. Niet geslapen dus, waardeloos.
De kamer is ingericht met heel veel zwart en dat ziet er prachtig uit maar geeft daardoor ook weinig zicht. Het is er vrij donker. Wij hebben € 215 voor de kamer betaald en dat is echt teveel. Je ziet geen personeel, er is geen receptie, geen restaurant (wel een Japans restaurant in het pand), aanmelden gaat via de App, ook de deur van je hotelkamer opent via de App. Er staat alleen een snoep/drink automaat bij de ingang.

Very nice and comfortable hotel near the KK park! Would stay again
Pros:

Perfect location to visit the Keukenhof Park. Booking was smooth, they asked me to pay not through booking which left me a bit worried but I called and the support team was fast and comprehensive with my doubts assuring me it was safe!

Perfektes aber seelenloses Hotel.
Pros:

Kostenloser Parkplatz. Perfekte Programmierung des Zugangs.

Cons:

Im Bad keine Lüftung. Nach dem Duschen im Nebel. Zimmer hellhörig wenn um 8.00 der Flur gesaugt wird. Im Raum zu wenig Deckenlicht: Dunkel. Fehlender Sozialraum wo man abends etwas trinken und spielen kann. Kissen zu voluminös. Kleines flaches Kissen wäre schön.

Séjour gâché par le coté digital sans aucune personne sur place pour aider ni même par téléphone

la proximité avec le parc de Keukehoff, 900m à pied de l'entrée, la gratuité du parking

Aucun accueil, aucun personnel, hotel entièrement digital non compréhensible pour des personnes qui ne maitrisent pas. Personne au téléphone, le numéro d'urgence nous renvoi à une boite vocale, impossible de parler à un humain. Je ne recommande pas cet hotel, nous avons passé beaucoup de temps à trouver une solution pour avoir notre chambre et ensuite de pouvoir y rentrer. C'est grâce à l'aide de clients sur place que nous avons pu avoir notre chambre. Les échanges par WhatsApp sont uniquement via IA avec des réponses toutes faites. Bref une mauvaise expérience sur cet hotel et à bannir pour les non initiés au digital. A ce jour personne n'est revenu vers nous. Dommage car très bien placé, un minimum de personnel serait appréciable

Hotel consigliato per le visite ai giardini e nei dintorni.
Pros:

La posizione dell'hotel è nelle vicinanze del giardino dei tulipani Keukenhof, meta del nostro viaggio. E' vicino al centro di Lisse dove si trovano i bar per la colazione e i ristoranti per la cena. Il paese è da visitare perché molto particolare.

Cons:

La struttura non ha una reception con uno staff a disposizione dei clienti; è un "digital hotel" con accesso tramite applicazione da installare sul cellulare, non semplicissimo per le generazioni avanti negli anni.....
