Staff were exceptional 👌 👏, all of them. Very helpful , didn't struggle to communicate in English☺️.
The hotel is very near to bus and tram routes, making it an ideal place to explore the city from. 👍
Overall, it has everything you need for a city break...and if you decide to stay an extra night🤪 they will do their absolute best to accommodate you 🙌 .

Nu vom mai reveni niciodată.
Cons:

Am rezervat două camere la acest hotel. Am fost înțepați foarte rău de țânțari, iar răspunsul hotelului a fost că le pare rău că nu am observat aparatele împotriva țânțarilor din camere. Consider că, dacă aceste aparate existau, personalul de la recepție ar fi trebuit să ne atragă atenția asupra lor. Acest lucru nu s-a întâmplat.

La micul dejun am găsit bufetul gol. Răspunsul hotelului a fost că, înaintea noastră, tocmai plecase un grup mare de turiști și că bufetul ar fi fost imediat reaprovizionat pentru noi. Din păcate, realitatea a fost alta: am plecat mai departe flămânzi, deși micul dejun fusese plătit.

Consider că aceste răspunsuri incorecte sunt chiar mai neplăcute decât problemele în sine.

Am foarte multe evaluări de 10 puncte pe Booking.com și nu sunt genul de oaspete care caută motive de ceartă sau care se plânge din orice. Dar atunci când plătesc pentru un serviciu pe care nu îl primesc, consider că am tot dreptul să semnalez acest lucru. Iar ceea ce mi se pare și mai grav este ca, ulterior, să fiu contrazisă și să se sugereze că lucrurile nu s-au întâmplat așa cum le-am relatat.
