Der Spa Bereich ist einfach weltklasse. Man muss vorab einen Slot reservieren und hat dadurch eine absolut fantastische Erfahrung (max. 6 Personen) mit einem unglaublichen Ausblick. Das gesamte Hotel punktet mit der charmanten und natürlichen Ausstattung (ausschließlich Naturmaterialien aus höchster Qualität) und großartigem Service. Durch die geringe Zimmeranzahl werden alle Gäste wirklich toll umsorgt. Die Kommunikation erfolgt auch über WhatsApp (Spa Reservierung, Fragen zur Umgebung, Auskunft für Wanderungen, Infos zur Abreise), was sehr angenehm ist. Da wir vor dem Frühstück bereits auschecken mussten, haben wir eine “breakfast Box” mit italienischen Kleinigkeiten mitbekommen. Absolut perfekter Aufenthalt, der zwar im oberen Preissegment angesiedelt ist, dafür aber keine Wünsche offen gelassen hat. 2 Nächte waren definitiv zu kurz!
Bei den zahlreichen Lichtschaltern gibt es wohl auch einen “Zimmerservice” Knopf, wo man das Putzpersonal rufen kann - den haben wir aus Versehen gedrückt weil nicht beschriftet. Die kleine Fehlkommunikation war aber schnell geklärt :-)

Coming right after the amazing Forestis in Brixen, Hotel de Len was very disappointing. The weather was hot but the rooms have no air conditioning. As the hotel is on a very busy street where trucks start passing at 5:00 am, leaving the window open at night is not an option. We were given a very noisy fan- not great.
No coffee machine or kettle in the room- you must go to a lounge on the 1st floor - not great if you want coffee/tea in bed.
The shower gel and shampoo are bolted to the wall - far from the sink and nothing next to the bathtub.
Breakfast is only à la carte (cheaper for the hotel than a buffet) but takes forever if you arrive at the same time as a few other guests.
Most shocking: you are given one hour in the spa PER STAY!!! Otherwise it’s 30 euros. When you’re paying over €800 a night, you expect to be treated better than in a two-star hotel!

The only issue we had isn’t that our room was quite warm/ even with the portable a/c unit that they delivered - we were still warm at night. Opened the window but heard construction noise early a.m
A hotel located in the centre of Cortina. Quick check-in. Rooms with mountain views, featuring wood-panelled décor and comfortable mattresses. The modern, well-equipped rooms offer plenty of storage space for clothes and other personal items. A good-sized bathroom with plenty of space and amenities.
They offer a daily evening turndown service to make up the beds and provide clean towels.
Breakfast is à la carte. There is little variety of items, and the portions served are small, which means you have to ask the staff to bring more. As there are always several guests at breakfast, they sometimes forget to serve the order you’ve placed. Poor breakfast service.
Dinner offers limited and expensive options.
The hotel has a paid car park (28 euros/day) which is a 12-minute walk from the hotel; this is the same price as a public car park.
The prices charged at this hotel, with the same services included, are very high compared to 5-star hotels in Ortisei.

Our experience at Hotel de Len was exceptional! From the à la carte breakfast with a wonderful variety of custom choices to the excellent service. So many outstanding service providers, all were excellent. I would like to highlight just a few, Alessandra at the front reception
and Jepp( not sure of spelling). The terrific chef who made lovely gluten free meals and treats for me.
It was a very special place to stay. I highly recommend it!!
