Le personnel est sympa. Ménage à la demande. Bon matelas. Clim ok. Pas d'autres gros points noirs qu'un emplacement trop bruyant du fait de l'absence de vitres aux fenêtres de la salle de bain, mais je ne comprends pas le classement des internautes à 9 sur 10, on est quand même très très loin d'un palace.

Cons:

Bien trop bruyant, pas de vitres aux fenêtres de la sdb, balai infernal des tuk-tuk. Chambre pas foufou, zéro charme, tuyaux apparents, mériterait un rafraîchissement, mais c'est le meilleur matelas que j'ai eu de tout mon séjour en Thaïlande. 24m2 mal fichus, on ne peut même pas ouvrir une valise. Pas d'ascenseur. Du coup , je suis déçue, non pas forcément par l'hôtel en lui-même (sauf le bruit, emmenez vos bouchons d'oreilles) mais par la note qui me laissait croire que l'hôtel serait bien plus cossu.

We came to Chiang Mai for the second time and if I ever come again , I would definitely stay here again. You are middle
Pros:

It is just 100 meters from the Thapae Gate and the Sunday night market. All restaurants, shops are very close. The room is very clean and you get everyday toilet paper and water. Good hot shower. Helpful at the reception.

Cons:

We were on the fifth floor, it was ok for me but for my husband with his broken ankle was not easy to climb the stairs.

Memorable and nice stay in Chiang Mai.
Pros:

Right at the city centre, between old and new township.
Staff are friendly and helpful. The room is spacious and clean.

Cons:

No lift. Our room is at the top floor.

Pros:

Excellent location near the old city. Clean modern rooms. Good place to stay for Loy Krathong festival. .

Cons:

Breakfast was limited; coffee, oranges, tuna sandwiches. There is no elevator.

Modern Hotel near Thapae Gate
Pros:

This hotel was very well kept. It was super close to Thapae gate along with a lot of restaurants and bars. We walked everywhere we went while in Chiang Mai. The only places we actually used transportation was for our day trips and to Doi Suthep, which we were picked up from our hotel both times. The staff was really friendly and helpful. The only downside was the hotel doesn't have an elevator which made it a little difficult for us as we each had 50lb luggages to haul to the fifth floor. Otherwise I would definitely recommend this hotel!
