According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. If a minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it is necessary to present a written authorization for the minor to check into the hotel. Such authorization must be notarized and signed by both parents, and presented along with notarized copies of their IDs.
All minors under 18 years of age also need to present a valid ID with photo, to prove their identity and that of his/her parents. This must be presented even if a minor is accompanied by his/her parents.
In the case of a minor accompanied by only one of the parents, it is necessary to present a notarized authorization signed by the absent parent, along with a notarized copy of that parent's ID.
A deposit may be required at the property.

Hablan muy poco español
Te tudo!! Localização, no coração da Lapa, ao lado da escadaria Selaron. Os funcionários sao super simpáticos, em.especial ao.querido curador, Felipe. Sim, curador, porque o hotel é também uma linda galeria de arte! Além disso, ainda tem um café da manhã espetacular!
The breakfast at this hotel was particularly good, the coffee was not that good but that seems to be the case in most of Brazil. On the other hand fruit is something done very well in the country and after two months here this hotel had for the firjlst time very good mango together with pineapple, honey dew melon etc. Also a very good new cooked dish pieces of tasty sausage fried with capsicum, onion and tomato. The hotel presents well and the room was comfortably o.k.
The room looked o.k. but was actually quite small and there were a few deficiencies. One was a lack of furniture to put and hang belongings. I cannot remember a seat. Another minor annoyance was the water tap in the bathroom which has to be constantly pressed to produce needed water. Also there was no bedcover and the weather was cool. I asked for and received an additional top sheet.
Ótima estadia para um hotel 2 ou 3 estrelas. Só não tem estacionamento. Lugar bucólico...cara da Lapa.
Buen hotel. Pleno centro de Río. A la vuelta de las escaleras de Selaron y a 4 cuadras de la catedral.
Externo al hotel. Para que se den una idea. La zona es como si fuera Constitución.
O café da manhã é excelente., O quarto e banheiro estava bem limpo, chuveiro ótimo e ar condicionado funcionando bem. Os funcionários são ótimos, mas teve um que foi quando eu cheguei que ele è mais ríspido, mas ok.
È um hotel com instalações mais antigas mas muito bem conservado .
Custo benefício excelente
Só uma observação que eu tive dificuldade em achar o botão que liga o ar condicionado pq estava ao lado da cama na parte onde o espaço era pequeno e eu não acessava .
