Sehr gutes Hotel für den Zwischenstop in Andorra.
Pros:

Sehr freundliches Personal. Hilfsbereit. Perfektes Englisch.
Das Parkhaus ist ein bisschen eng, aber es ist ok.
Schön renoviertes Zimmer, ausreichend groß. Schlnes Badezimmer. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut, gute Auswahl, frisch zubereitet. Guter Kaffee.
In fünf Minuten zu Fuß in der Haupteinkaufsstraße.

Cons:

Klimaanlage nicht zugfrei. Bläst genau auf´s Bett.
Sonst war alles bestens.

Ya nos hemos alojado en este hotel varias veces y siempre repetimos cuando vamos, moderno, sencillo y habitaciones muy completas

Großes Zimmer, großes Bad. Alles sehr sauber. Das Personal war super freundlich.

Pros:

Nous devions avoir une chambre communicante mais ayant des travaux et du bruit du côté de la chambre. On a été surclassé et placé côté ruisseau. Accueil très sympathique et en français. Merci pour cet accueil.
Parking payant en sous sol.
Restaurant très bon avec une jolie carte.
Petit déjeuner exceptionnel, de qualité et en quantité.

Cons:

Rien. Tout était parfait.

L2バス停は近いので街中心部へはアクセス良し。

Cons:

路線バスL5.L6のバス停が遠かった。
ハイキングや登山に公共交通機関で行く場合少し不便。
朝食に牛乳が置いてなかった。

Posizione perfetta, in quanto vicinissima alle terme e a circa 10 minuti a piedi dalla via principale dei negozi. Meravigliosa vista sul fiume, che non mi aspettavo di avere. Staff gentilissimo e disponibile, una delle dipendenti si è anche carinamente sforzata di parlarci nella nostra lingua, benché non fosse tra quelle presenti nella presentazione della struttura. Parcheggio privato molto comodo se si arriva in auto.

Cons:

Parcheggio un po’ stretto , consigliato solo se si viaggia con un’utilitaria non troppo grande.

Le séjour dans cet hôtel fut agréable et la literie très confortable; je recommande.
Pros:

Hôtel agréable et chambre confortable; emplacement qui donne un accès rapide et facile aux différents lieux d’intérêts( commerce, restos, caldea…)

Cons:

Un parking privé est disponible mais la manœuvre pour y accéder est très juste selon le véhicule que vous possédez; pour autant, au vu de l’extrême difficulté de se garer en Andorre, cela reste toutefois un atout.

Pros:

La habitación estandard nos gustó mucho y además estaba a 10 min a pie del centro de Andorra. Para 2 personas es espaciosa, tiene espacio para dejar la ropa y en el baño te dejan un kit de aseo.

Room and shower excellent - parking and staff awful
Pros:

The room was clean and comfy and the shower was the best of our week of hotels.

Cons:

We had a Volvo XC40 and the hotel parking is really not big enough!! Genuinely we are good drivers but it took us 5 mins to get in and 5 mins to get out to ensure no damage with genuinely a couple of inches to spare at times. In addition the gadget to open the door has a number of the space you should take - but this wasn’t explained to us and so they called us as we had just had our dinner put down in front of us a few blocks away to come back and move it - they had repaired some of the floor in the garage that day and were worried about the floor!! There was no signage at all saying wet floor or cones or anything. The floor was in fact fine as was our car!! Honestly they should have just told us to go to the very close public car park and that the garage couldn’t accommodate an suv - but hey they were charging us €25 for the night for parking so of course they wouldn’t. Then at breakfast the waitress told us off for taking our (small) backpack into the breakfast room (our luggage was already back in the car) and was demanding we give it to her - I didn’t have a handbag and it contained our passports and wallet so there was no way I was going to hand it over. My backpack was way smaller than a tote bag which would have been fine apparently!! Eventually the man working with her told her to let us keep it!!! The breakfast itself was good. .
