Pros:

Good location on our roadtrip after visiting the stunning monastery Certosa di pavia. Nice spacious garage to park the car. Lift up to first floor, so perfect for luggage. To get back to reception, restaurant you have to use the stairs. Nice Renovated room on first floor. Good bed with good bedlinnen and choise of pillows (look in cupboard). Area with sets to sit outside and enjoy the evening sun whole having a drink with some complementary snacks. Good restaurant and good breakfast

Cons:

Outside sitting area with parts of green carpet on floor would be nicer with maybe floortiles. Also the seats were all a little dirty and dusty, could be cleaner.
By opening windows in our room there was some noise from the airco system, but tolerable. Did not bother me in the night
