Worst hotel and terrible experience

The worst hotel experience of my life! We choose this hotel for location which is near the main road but had the worst hotel stay of my life. The hotel is extremely run-down, with outdated and non functional equipment. The service was absolutely terrible, and the staff were arrogant, dismissive, and in my experience dishonest. We repeatedly complained at reception about the problems, but our concerns were simply ignored. The room smelled strongly of mold and unpleasant odors, and the bed sheets were stained with yellow marks and clearly not clean or suitable for use. The breakfast was absolutely inedible, unfortunately, after eating it, we experienced severe diarrhea, which made an already terrible stay even worse. Despite bringing all these issues to the attention of the reception staff, nothing was done to resolve them. I strongly do not recommend this hotel. The condition of the facilities, cleanliness, food quality, and especially the attitude of the staff are completely unacceptable for a hotel claiming to provide proper service.

Nekatere brisače so imele madeže. Klima ni delovala najbolje, saj je bilo v sobi še vedno precej vroče.

È la seconda volta che veniamo in questo albergo ci siamo trovati molto bene . La camera è pulitissima. La colazione molto buona e varia sia salata che dolce ( molto gentile e premurosa la signora che si occupa della colazione) . Il plus il garage sotterraneo coperto . Che dire … torneremo
