We absolutely loved the hotel and the room. Only thing I would say is the pillows were a bit too firm for me but everything else was great!

Pros:

Location was great and not too far from Machiachini Metro station for getting around the city.

Cons:

The hotel is tucked away down a side street and the only view from the windows is of the wall on the opposite side of the room.
The facilities in the room do not include any kettle so making a hot drink is not an option.
On arrival, the room had not been completely cleaned for us...the toilet had not been flushed and there was a half eaten wrap in the mini fridge with no wrapper.
The bed linen needs completely changing as my partner and I were both covered in bites the next morning.
The included breakfast offering was very limited to just two cereals, a non-descript yoghurt or a croissant with just two cheeses or two choices of cold meat. One tasteless cappuccino was provided from behind the bar.

Ottima posizione per andare all'Alcatraz, noi abbiamo soggiornato dopo un concerto e abbiamo apprezzato la vicinanza e la possibilità di prenotare un parcheggio chiuso nella struttura. Lo staff è gentile e disponibile . Altro punto forte è la reception aperta h24 che consente di tornare tardi da qualsiasi evento. Sopra a tutte queste cose metto la pulizia della struttura in generale e ovviamente, della camera.

Cons:

Solo un suggerimento: Si potrebbe aggiungere del pane fresco per la colazione invece del solo pane per toast o altri succhi di frutta. Sottolineo che ci siamo trovati benissimo anche a colazione e se in futuro avremo altri eventi ci piacerebbe soggiornare ancora presso questa struttura.

Per una notte è passabile
Pros:

Lo staff molto disponibile e affidabile, l’hotel era vicino alla stazione.

Cons:

Non c’era l’acqua fredda, il frigo non funzionava, la serranda non si apriva e non c’era modo di aprirla (bottoni o altro), non si aprivano le finestre. Il letto non era pulitissimo e c’era una cimice.

Pros:

Il personale è professionale e cortese. La camera era silenziosa.

Cons:

Il mobilio era desueto e anche danneggiato. La camera piccola. Il bagno vetusto e angusto (dovevo sedermi di lato sul WC perchè la gambe toccavano il box doccia - e sono alto solo 176 cm).

El desayuno estaba muy completo y la atención de la chica de recepción..
Las camas cómodas y estaba limpio correcto.
Está a unos minutos andando al metro conexión directa al Duomo, 7 paradas

Cons:

El hotel está situado en una calle fea .. El barrio es regular , de noche volvimos en un Uber.. El baño viejo.
No es un hotel de 3 estrellas, es un bed and breakfast, con 16 habitaciones.
