Since October 2023 the street to the entrance of the parking is an official pedestrian street. You need a permition in order to enter the street. Please ask for one.

I had a wonderful three night stay, slept well, had great showers and walked right out into the action.
Pros:

This place is perfect!! It’s in the middle of all the action, it’s a high end hotel with great water pressure, air conditioning, good size room, comfy bed(I travelled solo so only had a single bed so can’t speak for other room sizes).
Breakfast is included and is in a very quaint room off a terrace.

I loved it!!

Cons:

The only thing I found was that the bread for breakfast was very dry. It had to be toasted.

Nicht zu empfehlen, da man sich die Lage sehr gut bezahlen lässt, aber das Preis Leistungs Verhältnis gar nicht passt

Personal Rezeption unfreundlich und unwillig. Nach dem Check Out weder eine Frage ob der Aufenthalt gut war noch ein Danke noch eine Verabschiedung. Zimmer in die Jahre gekommen und Dusche nicht sauber.

I would recommend others to book here in future if they would like to explore Munich city.
Pros:

The location is excellent and extremely convenient!! Also, the sound insulation in the room is excellent!!

Cons:

The breakfast provided could be more variety. Currently there’s not too much choices.

Excellent location when travelling alone.
Pros:

Excellent location, nearby everything of interest, close by train station. Very clean, very nice staff, breakfast good.

Cons:

Bed and pillow could have been better.
