Pros:

La ubicación es probablemente el único aspecto destacable del hotel, ya que permite llegar al centro con facilidad. Sin embargo, este punto positivo no compensa los numerosos inconvenientes encontrados durante la estancia.

Cons:

Lo peor de la estancia fue, sin duda, el descanso. La cama resultó muy incómoda y el aislamiento acústico es prácticamente inexistente. Se escucha muchísimo ruido del exterior y también de otras habitaciones, por lo que dormir y descansar adecuadamente resulta muy difícil.

Otro aspecto muy negativo fue la iluminación. La habitación apenas dispone de luz propia y por la noche queda prácticamente a oscuras. Si necesitas leer, trabajar en el escritorio o simplemente ver con claridad, la iluminación es claramente insuficiente. Solicitamos una lámpara para poder trabajar y la única solución que nos ofrecieron fue una pequeña linterna. Sinceramente, nos parece inadmisible que una habitación no disponga de una iluminación adecuada para realizar actividades tan básicas como leer o trabajar.

Por último, aunque el check-out es a las 12:00, el personal entró en la habitación a las 11:00 sin llamar previamente a la puerta ni comprobar si había alguien dentro, como mínimo, deberían haber avisado antes de acceder.

En definitiva, una experiencia muy por debajo de lo esperado. Entre el ruido constante, la incomodidad de la cama, el estado de algunas instalaciones y la falta de iluminación no podemos recomendar este hotel.

Fine 3 Star hotel for visiting historic part of the city.
Pros:

Good location for visititing the historic City athough the is a bit of a steep walk to get to it none the less excellent hotel with friendly helpful staff and spotless.

Sencillo, calidad precio excepcional, muy bien situado, muy cómodo para bajar las maletas delante del hotel y fácil aparcamiento de pago y buscando sin ser de pago, desayuno muy correcto, terraza al aire libre muy bonita

Boa localização central para explorar Salamanca a pé
Pros:

Cumpriu com a descrição - quarto limpo, cama confortável e casa de banho bem equipada com secador, toalhas e tudo o que é necessário. O hotel é super central, o que nos permitiu visitar todas as atrações de Salamanca a pé.

Cons:

O ar condicionado é um pouco antigo e demora a arrancar. Quando chegámos, o quarto estava bastante quente e tivemos de esperar um pouco até que começasse a fazer efeito. Acabou por funcionar, mas um sistema mais eficiente faria diferença, especialmente nos dias de mais calor. Além disso, o hotel não tem estacionamento próprio - tivemos de recorrer a um parque a cerca de 5/10 minutos a pé, que não é gratuito. Uma parceria ou desconto com um parque próximo faria toda a diferença e seria um ponto a melhorar.
