Номера и душ кофортные, завтрак отвратительный.
Pros:

Отель имеет очень хорошую локализацию в пяти минутах ходьбы от главного вокзала. Номер был достаточно чистый, хорошая, удобная душевая кабинка.

Cons:

Кондиционер в номере не выключается и работает 24 часа в сутки без остановки с огромным шумом. Гул стоит такой, что спать просто невозможно. Выключить нельзя. В 23 часа ночи сработала пожарная сигнализация и все постояльцы отеля в пижамах были выведены на улицу, через 10 минут всех впустили назад. Но самым большим разочарованием стали завтраки. Зачем-то положили ножи и вилки, но есть ими было нечего. Были только хлеб, сыр и дешевая колбаса. При этом в таком маленьком количестве, что даже хлеба всем не хватало. Завтрак подается с 7 до 10 утра. Я приходила в восемь. Все три дня, которые проживала в отеле, ела только чай с хлебом и сыром. Поэтому не рекомендую платить за завтраки в этом отеле.

Great stay … would be better in the cooler months.
Pros:

Location and staff were excellent.

Cons:

The air conditioning did not work at its full capacity… which is a huge problem for me as it was hot and barely could sleep..

החדר היה מרווח, המיטה היתה נוחה מאוד. ארוחת הבוקר היה מספקת וטובה בסגנון בופה. בצמוד למלון קניון קטן עם חנויות ומסעדות מזון מהיר.

Cons:

מיקום אומנם טוב, אבל צמוד לתחנת הרכבת ולתחנת האוטובוסים המרכזית שבה הרבה הומלסים ונהגי מוניות קולניים. תחושה לא נעימה. מהווה יתרון למי שמחפש תחבורה ציבורית זמינה במרחק קצר.

Gutes Bett, hervorragende Lage beim Bahnhof, Möglichkeit, die Räder über Nacht sicher einzustellen.

Cons:

Frühstück zu teuer für die Qualität. Klimaanlage und Safe funktionierten nicht, das Problem wurde aber für unsern Aufenthalt behoben. Eine außergewöhnlich laute Nachbarin hat uns trotz guter Isolation um 5.30 mit ihrem Telefon geweckt.

We stayed at Hotel Salzburg-Hauptbahnhof during our visit to Salzburg and were very happy with our choice. The hotel is in a particularly convenient location, especially if you arrive by train, and the city center is easily accessible from there.

We found the hotel pleasant and comfortable, with a clean and well-maintained room. The bathroom was modern and the shower was excellent. Breakfast was also a positive part of our stay, with a good selection and enough variety to start the day comfortably.

Très bon séjour, les chambres sont confortables et climatisées

La rapidité pour nous remplacer la bouilloire qui ne fonctionnait plus.
L'amabilité du monsieur à la réception pour nous fournir un pass gratuit pour nous rendre en bus dans le centre historique de la ville.
Le confort des chambres et la climatisation, ce qui est fort appréciable, car il a fait très chaud

Like the Curate’s egg, good in parts!
Pros:

It is convenient for the train station and bus station

Cons:

Not keen on the street people in front of the hotel and smell of urine!
Not impressed by the way I had to ask for a number of items at the breakfast buffet to be replenished!

Good location but maintenance issues
Pros:

Great location. Lots of storage in room.

Cons:

Lot of maintenance issues. Only 1 lift working, gym closed, safe not working, shower control hard to turn, seats in breakfast area shabby. Breakfast items not replenished quickly. Labels missing from milk. No decaf coffee (1 jar of instant would be fine). It appears to be under new management but some of these items should be addressed immediately
