Would definitely recommend it and stay there again.
Pros:

Rooms were very clean. I loved that the breakfast buffet opened at 7 am and had lots of selection. Staff was friendly and helpful. Excellent location. Roscioli is right across the street!

Die Unterkunft ist genial liegt in der Mitte Roms und man kann alles zu Fuß erreichen. Auf dem Dach gibt es eine schöne Bar mit einem herrlichen Blick über Rom. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Ich bin mit dem Fahrrad angereist und selbst das wurde für mich sicher verwahrt. Ich komme auf alle Fälle wieder…!!!

We had a fantastic stay at Hotel Smeraldo and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Rome.

The hotel’s location is exceptional, right in the heart of the historic centre and within easy walking distance of many of Rome’s iconic landmarks, including the Pantheon, Trevi Fountain, Piazza Navona, and Campo de’ Fiori. It is also conveniently located near public transport, making it easy to explore the rest of the city.

The hotel itself was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The staff were incredibly warm, welcoming, and attentive throughout our stay, always happy to assist with recommendations and ensuring we had everything we needed.
