Konumu iyidi, resepsiyonda bulunan personeller güleryüzlü ve yardımseverdi. Kahvaltısı yeterliydi.

Cons:

Kaldığımız oda çok küçüktü. Kahvaltı salonu da aşırı küçük maalesef. Kahvaltı salonundaki personeller biraz kabaydı. Odadaki cam apartman boşluğuna bakıyordu. Yani hem küçük olması hem cam olmaması biraz can sıkıcıydı.

Lovely!
Pros:

The staff were very pleasant and helpful. Always had time to help us find our way. Breakfast was absolutely delicious, I wish all our morning coffees were as good everywhere!

The location is excellent and the front desk was 5 star
Pros:

Breakfast was very good. There was a problem in the area with a gas line and many streets were closed including their street. The front desk man Leonardo was extremely helpful to our driver to get to the hotel and then came out and helped with our luggage. When we got to the front desk, we told him we needed a taxi to the airport the next morning and he immediately made reservations with a driver because there was a taxi strike that day. It was flawless to leave and Leonardo helped bring our luggage to the car because the street was still closed. Leonardo was excellent!!!

Wonderful stay
Pros:

The location was great. Easy cab to Vatican, walkable if it was not so hot. Breakfast exceeded expectations. Cleanliness was great. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Best street food directly across the street.

We would absolutely recommend this hotel, it was close to attractions and shopping. We felt very welcome.
Pros:

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room yet small was very clean and comfortable. They also provided an excellent breakfast every morning.

Cons:

The only issue was the air conditioning was not very strong and we were visiting during an extreme heatwave.

Fun and amazing
Pros:

Hotel Smeraldo is located in none of the best area of central Rome! The staff and the hotel are amazing! It’s like one big happy family! Amazing breakfast too! I would stay there again in a heartbeat over and over again !
