Cena a počet hvězd, za mne, neodpovídá servisu, který hotel poskytuje.
Pros:

Římské lázně, kvůli kterým jsme chtěly hotel navštívit, se nám líbily. Hotel krásně zařízený, ale na pokojích je vidět, že by potřebovaly opravy, odřené rámy dveří i nábytek.

Cons:

Určitě servis v hotelu a snídaně, které jsou průměrné na počet hvězd, který hotel má.
1. Dvoukřídlé dveře do pokoje nebyly dovřené, zarážka byla volná, musely jsme upravit, aby byl pokoj zamčený. Jak nám následně řekla paní recepční řekla, tak uklízečky dveře otevřou obě křídla, bohužel u nás již dostatečně nezavřely.
2. Neměly jsme na pokoji lžičky k šálkům, musely jsme si zařídit na recepci.
3. Okno v ložnici( apartmán 215) vnější nešlo zavřít. Recepční informována při check outu.
4. Snídaně velmi průměrné na počet hvězd, určitě jsem zažila mnohem lepší, kde byla vidět péče, ne jen nakrájená zelenina a položené salámy a sýry na míse
5. U snídaně uváděly ke stolům, ale jen když jste přišli ráno, po 10 hodině již nikdo vchodu do restaurace při našem pobytu, nebyl.
Zmiňuji to, protože bychom si vybraly jiná místa.
6. Nedostatečná informace na recepci, informace pouze o patře, bohužel jsem vyjeli výtahem, kde náš počet nebyl značený, paní recepční nám mohla říct, že je třeba projít dveřmi, které pustí kartou, abychom se dostali do apartmánů, musely jsem se vracet zpět na recepci, abychom se zeptali znova, hotel je rozlehlý a musíte několikrát ověřovat kartou vstupy a chvilku trvá než se člověk zorientuje.

Tolles Hotel, Restaurant ausbaufähig
Pros:

Tolles Hotel, morbider Charme, der Kaiserzeit, sehr gepflegt und sauber

Cons:

Das Essen war ok, aber für ein Hotel dieser Klasse, eher mittelmäßig. Vegetarische Alternativen wurden nicht angeboten, man wusste auch nicht so genau was vegetarisch bedeutet.

3 Nächte in Marienbad im Glanz der Zeit von gestern
Pros:

Das historische Gebäude ist wunderschön. Das Frühstück und das Abendessen war sehr gut. Die zentrale Lage ist perfekt. Ruhige Lage, schöner Ausblick auf den Kurpark.

Die kalten Becken im römischen Bad.

Für eine kurze Auszeit ist das Hotel eine tolle Adresse.
Pros:

Wunderbares Frühstück. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Für ein Wellness und Spa Hotel hat das Hotel ein sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.

Cons:

Slecht/ onvoldoende kommunicatie mogelijkheden doordat het personeel slecht Engels sprak!!! Zwaar onvoldoende mogelijkheid om behandelmogelijkheden te kunnen afspreken ( vol of geen personeel door festival).

Pros:

Das historische Bad war sensationell. Das Essen und die Zimmeraustattung sowie das gesamte Hotel, von der Ausstattung bis zur Lage waren einmalig

Cons:

Die Zimmerlage war schlecht, nach hinten zur Straße und einer Innenhofübdachung, Lüftungsschächte direkt vor dem Fenster, man konnte nicht lüften ohne Abgase ins Zimmer zu bekommen. In der Nacht sprang gegen 6.00 Uhr eine Lüfter vor dem Fenster an, war so laut, dass wir davon geweckt wurden. Sicher wäre es möglich gewesen uns gleich ein besseres Zimmer zu geben, denn das Hotel war bei Weitem nicht ausgebucht.
