Desconexión total en un Hotel Maravilloso. Repetiremos
Hemos pasado dos días muy agradables en el hotel. La ubicación, las habitaciones, las instalaciones, el trato recibido y la comida en el restaurante La Gigantea han sido perfectas. Ha cumplido plenamente las expectativas que nos habíamos fijado. Muy recomendable.
La atención por parte de todo el personal es fantástica. Todos fueron muy amables y serviciales durante nuestra estancia.
A destacar el silencio que te rodea tanto en la zona exterior como en la habitación.
Le personnel est très accueillant et efficace, que ce soit à la réception ou au restaurant. D'ailleurs on y mange très bien et le petit déjeuner est top. L'endroit est un peu isolé, mais si on recherche le calme c'est parfait.
Là bâtiment historique est magnifique. Malheureusement, certaines installations sont un peu vétustes et mériteraient un rafraîchissement, notamment la salle de bains.

El edificio, el entorno, el jardín.
El spa no funcionaba (aguas), la puerta de la habitación se podía abrir desde fuera si no cerrabas con llave y tenías que cerrar sin luz, ya que había que poner las llaves en la ranura para tener luz. No encontramos el interruptor para apagar una de las luces, tuvimos que desenchufar la lámpara directamente. Hay cafetera, pero está situada encima de un mueble tan bajo, que tienes que sentarte en el suelo para hacerte un café. No había nada para comer en el mini bar. En la ducha había pelos. La habitación me pareció muy justita para un hotel de este nivel la verdad. El restaurante muy caro.

Me cancelaron la reserva alegando un problema técnico grave que no me creo porque estuve por la zona y pude ver que no estaba cerrado y había un evento con muchos clientes.
