Sehr grosszügiges Familienzimmer mit bequemen Betten.
Wirklich gutes Frühstück. Wir bekamen sogar einen Cappuccino mit Hafermilch.

La possibilità di raggiungere facilmente a piedi il centro storico di Cittadella.
Il ristorante viene indicato dalla struttura, anche con l’insegna esterna, ma durante il mio soggiorno era chiuso.
Mi è stato suggerito di andare a piedi a cena nel centro storico; al ritorno, però, un forte temporale mi ha bloccato.
Non essendoci taxi disponibili, ho chiesto all’hotel se qualcuno potesse venire a prendermi, anche a pagamento, ma non ho ricevuto assistenza.
Dopo circa un’ora di attesa sono dovuto rientrare a piedi sotto la pioggia, arrivando completamente fradicio.
A causa del temporale pare sia mancata la corrente all'hotel e ho trascorso la notte senza climatizzazione.
La mattina seguente non c’era neppure acqua calda perché il manutentore era appena arrivato ...
Di fronte a tutti questi disagi ho ricevuto delle scuse piuttosto formali e, come gesto di ristoro, due bottigliette da mezzo litro d’acqua.
Considerata la situazione vissuta, mi sarei aspettato una gestione dell’emergenza e un’attenzione verso l’ospite decisamente diverse.
Location was great, close to the city
Busses parking near the hotel are annoying, as they start their engine in the early morning. Engine noise can be heard, if you get you room towards the parking lot.
