moderno hotel nel centro di montegrotto dotato di una bella zona piscine interna ed esterna con idromassaggi. ampio parcheggio cintato. Spa e servizio benessere con possibilità di diversi trattamenti. ottimo servizio di ristorazione e buona colazione con ampia scelta di prodotti. ottimo massaggiatore nel centro benessere

la camera era un pò squallidina con vista su carrelli e pattumiera. mancanza di un bollitore e di amenities nel bagno. la pulizia delle zone comuni non è eccezionale: nella lobby girava tranquilla una forbicetta e le scale della piscina erano piene di ragnatele. nessuno controlla come si comportano i clienti: se si sono lavati prima di entrare in vasca e se tolgono le ciabatte per entrare nei servizi della SPA. il servizio SPA funzionava a metà: niente saune finlandesi, chiuse per guasti tecnici. manca un' uscita adeguata per andare alla macchina nel parcheggio.

Pros:

L'hotel è in una posizione strategica, comodo da raggiungere anche in treno, è proprio di fronte alla stazione. Personale disponibile e super gentile, abbiamo chiesto se era possibile effettuare un late check out e senza particolari problemi con un minimo sovrapprezzo ci hanno concesso di lasciare la camera dopo le ore 21 del giorno dopo, top!!!!! Ma il fiore all'occhiello è la fantastica spa. Se passate da Montegrotto non perdete l'occasione di soggiornare in questo bellissimo hotel.

Das Frühstücksbuffet war ausgezeichnet. Das Personal war immer freundlich. Die Zimmer sind modern eingerichtet, unser Zimmer hatte eine große Terrasse. Die Nähe zum Bahnhof war für uns optimal für Ausflüge.
