Important information:

Restaurant opening from Tuesday noon to Saturday evening. Closed on Sundays and Mondays all year round. (reservation recommended).

The outdoor pool is open from April to the end of October and is heated in season, depending on the weather.

Guests can enjoy the spa facilities and may access the wellness center for an additional supplement.

Access to the relaxation area, including the sauna and hammam, is prohibited for children under 16 years old, even when accompanied by an adult.

A charge of 15€ per day will apply for one pet.

Bien mais doivent faire mieux en propreté

The hotel grounds, including the pool are simply perfect. The location is ideal for exploring the surrounding towns, especially Gordes. The young lady at reception was exceptionally friendly and helpful and she spoke excellent English, making us feel very welcome.

Cons:

Considering the price, I believe there is room for improvement. The breakfast was disappointing and well below what I would expect from a hotel in this price range. It was one of the poorest hotel breakfasts I've experienced.

We also asked to borrow an iron, but were told the hotel didn't have one available and only offered a paid pressing service, which wasn't operating at the time. As a result, we had to wear creased shirts to dinner. I believe providing guests with access to an iron is a very basic amenity that should be available.

Pros:

Le cadre
La gentillesse du personnel
La piscine ouverte jusqu’à 23h

Cons:

La cabine de douche pas totalement étanche et donc de l’eau peut couler au sol
Le petit déjeuner est très bon et la qualité des produits top mais pourrait avoir encore un peut plus de choix pour un établissement de ce standing

Un vrai bonheur !
Pros:

Absolument tout, le charme de l’établissement et des environs. L’accueil et la gentillesse de tout le personnel. Les prestations proposés. Le petit déjeuner fabuleux ! Le restaurant parfait ! La propreté irréprochable ! Et surtout ils acceptent les toutous ! Nous sommes très reconnaissants !
