Pros:

Locatie
De oude lounge met open haard zag er netjes en classy uit.

Cons:

De kamer. Bed niet best. Badkamer oud en kapot, versleten deur, handdoek rekje viel vd wand, bad met zgn bubbels geeneens uitgeprobeerd vanwege de toestand vh bad, keukentje, geen koffie, geen thee, minibar 1 flesje bier, 1 blikje cola. Achterdeur met trapje smerig incl afval en kapot putje. De electra viel al uit zonder dat we al iets in het stopcontact hadden gestopt.

De ontvangstruimte met plastic tafeltjes was voorzien van een zelfbediening barretje, daar kon je wel thee zetten. Over het algemeen oud, versleten en de kasten stonken muf.

Locatie en parkeren was goed.

Cons:

Het rook naar vocht, het bad was gammel, de wifi deed het eerst niet (verkeerde informatie op de kamer) en gebruik van de keuken in het appartement kostte extra.

E' VALSA LA PENA FARE TANTI CHILOMETRI.

CAMERA OTTIMA SIA COME POSIZIONE CHE COME ARREDO, POSTA IN UNA STRUTTURA BELLISSIMA E MOLTO CURATA DOVE TI SENTI VERAMENTE COCCOLATO. ATTRAVERSI LA STRADA E SEI GIA' DIFRONTE AI "SASSI" DA DOVE TI GODI UN PANORAMA MOZZAFIATO SU MATERA.

Buon rapporto qualità prezzo.
Pros:

Residence propone un buon rapporto qualità/prezzo, si trovo a pochi passi dai Sassi di Matera. Lo staff è molto disponibile.

Cons:

Purtroppo nella stanza si è rotto il condizionatore e il pinguino oltre a fare tanto rumore non riusciva a raffreddore l'ambiente. Inoltre, il frigorifero non riusciva a mantenere il freddo in quanto semi rotto.

La colazione ottima in una bellissima terrazza affaciata sui Sassi, la posizione abbastanza buona e vicina al centro storico con anche la possibilità di parcheggio.

Très agréable
Pros:

Etablissement très bien situé, aux portes du centre touristique de Matera, dans une rue très calme. Possibilité de se garer juste devant gratuitement. Hôtesse d'accueil très agréable. La chambre est super spacieuse, confortable et très propre. Je regrette de n'y avoir passé qu'une seule nuit. Le petit déjeuner est servi dans l'établissement de l'autre côté de la rue, avec une terrasse qui offre une vue panoramique incroyable sur Matera. On ne s'en lasse pas tellement c'est beau! Le buffet de petit déjeuner offre un large choix de spécialités sucrées et salées. Personnel aux petit soins. Je recommande ++++
