Great hotel- modern, clean, our room was very pretty, light and spacious. Bathroom was massive and had Rituals soaps and shampoos… loved them so much that had to go to the store and buy same ones for home.
Breakfast was not grand but had everything one might need. All fresh, soft and tasty. I loved the fact that there was fresh OJ machine and a honeycomb (!).
Location- perfect. In the very heart of the city but on the quiet part.
Hotel overall was very quiet- no stomping or slamming doors noises- as a very light sleeper I appreciate this.
Best part is the staff- all are really great and super helpful. The lady at the front desk (with dark hair) was the sweetest person- very helpful and always smiling, breakfast ladies were very nice and attentive. Such a great vibe from people, honestly.
We loved Antwerp and this hotel and will be coming back.
Two minor details really.
Construction starts early and the loudest works happening in the morning, but it’s still quite a moderate noise, I’m just a light sleeper.
I think rooms have soundproofing.
AC cannot be controlled from the room- we live in a hot climate and are used to AC blasting in full. So it is impossible to sleep in a warm room - we arrived during a heatwave. (Reception people lowered the temp for me few times but I was shy to keep asking so we tried to just go on with it).
These did not spoil the overall impression- minor details, as I said.

Excellent location, good breakfast, surprisingly big and comfortable rooms. You can book parking place for extra money. Late check out is also available.
The soundproofing could be better. The hotel does not have bike to rent. It is a big miss in this this city.
Heerlijk ontbijt, fijne bedden, top locatie en aardig personeel. Heel fijn hotel! Aanrader!

L'hôtel est idéalement situé.
L'hôtel est actuellement en travaux, même si nous étions prévenus, ces derniers commencent à 7h, c'est vraiment un peu trop tôt lorsqu'on est en vacances, surtout quand les fenêtres donnent directement sur le chantier....
