Cons:

Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen, Bad und Armaturen mit Mängel, Bett alt und unbequem.
Klimaanlage ohne Kühlung.
Wir hatten ein Zimmer unterm Dach, es wurde uns als Upgrade angeboten, das Zimmer war abgenutzt, stickig und nicht sauber.

Meraviglioso!!!
Pros:

Un luogo magnifico, pieno di fascino, dove ci si sente subito a proprio agio. L’hotel è facilmente raggiungibile e le camere sono assolutamente splendide: sembra di entrare in una fiaba, con in più un comfort davvero notevole. Anche il letto è molto confortevole e la qualità della biancheria da letto ci ha permesso di dormire davvero bene.

Ma ciò che fa davvero la differenza è la qualità dell’accoglienza. Tutto il personale è professionale, disponibile e sempre attento alle esigenze degli ospiti. Una menzione speciale va a Stefano, che è un padrone di casa eccezionale: premuroso, gentile, disponibile, sempre attento ai dettagli e di grande professionalità. Anche Henry, durante il turno di notte, è stato molto gentile e disponibile.

Eravamo accompagnati dalla nostra cagnolina, che è stata accolta anche lei con grande gentilezza. È un dettaglio che per noi conta moltissimo quando viaggiamo con il nostro animale, e abbiamo davvero apprezzato questa attenzione.

È stato inoltre particolarmente piacevole concludere il soggiorno al check-out, accolti dalla gentilezza e dal sorriso di Rodolfo. Un modo davvero piacevole per salutare l’hotel.

Grazie per l’accoglienza e per aver reso il nostro soggiorno a Torino così piacevole. Il mio unico rimpianto è non aver prenotato più notti. Alla fine, mi avete dato un ottimo motivo per tornare a Torino… e soprattutto per tornare al Liberty Hotel e soggiornare qui per diverse notti questa volta!

Personal äußerst hilfreich und nett; auf Wunsch auch die Möglichkeit, das Auto am Hotel zu parken; Klimaanlage im Zimmer gut und kräftig, auch bei 38 °C draußen

Frühstück mittelmäßig, auch wenn alles Notwendige da war; das ist einfach keine italienische Kernkompetenz;

A good place to relax after a long journey
Pros:

A very friendly welcome. A clean, comfortable and attractive room.
A great value breakfast. Room rates also very good value.
A pleasant lounge to enjoy a beer or glass of wine.
Easy access from Porta Susa train station via the metro and a 5 minute walk.
Walking distance to many shops, bars and restaurants.
I've stayed twice and would stay again.

Cons:

The chairs in the lounge are a bit saggy, could do with replacement or refurbishing.

Cozy stay in Crocetta Torino
Pros:

Cons:

Aamiainen voisi olla vähän monipuolisempi mm. sämpylää, tomaattia, kurkkua. Kaikenlaista makeaa oli kyllä tarjolla, mutta me pohjoismaalaiset emme syö mielellämme aamisella makeaa.
