Ottimo hotel a 10 minuti dal centro, comodo parcheggio ombreggiato, piscina, camere famigliari comode, ottima colazione. Ideale per visitare Carcassonne se si è in auto.

Cons:

La mia prenotazione fatta con Booking era regolarmente confermata. Al momento di fare il check-in la mia prenotazione risultava cancellata. Fortunatamente nonostante l'alta stagione il personale è riuscito a trovare una camera sostitutiva che non era uguale a quella prenotata. L'hotel ha incolpato Booking.com, il cui servizio clienti non ha tuttavia riscontrato anomalie nella prenotazione che risluta eseguita e regolarmente utilizzata. Nel caso non ci fossero state camere disponibili avrei avuto un grande disagio in quanto arrivavo da un lungo viaggio con dei bambini. Consiglio di verificare la prenotazione effettuata direttamente con l'hotel.

Buena ubicacion, buen hotel.
Pros:

El personal es muy amable, las camadas comodas, se puedes ir andando a la ciudad amurallada, deseayuno completo , es de agradecer zumo de naranja recien exprimido.

La habitacion le falta un poco de espacion, aunque esta muy bien equipada
