Wonderfully pleasant.
Pros:

The whole experience was elegant, clean, friendly, discreet, and kind. The bar is welcoming and pleasant. Slept with window open and heard only the last hour or so of the lively street and restaurant bustle, but not late into the night. Slept nicely. Also, it's simply a very pretty hotel.

Cons:

Bed was high quality, a little on the hard side. My husband would have loved it if he'd travelled with me this time, but I might have preferred a mattress topper :)

Great location
Pros:

Great location. Got a room upgrade. Room was very pretty, clean and comfortable

Cons:

No shower. Very limited toiletries. No bar for evening drink/ relax. There was a small area where I think drink may have been served in reception but it wasn't inviting

PERFECT STAY
Pros:

My husband and I just stayed at this boutique hotel for 3 nights on our first trip to Paris. I have to say that the highlight of the trip was Doa, the young lady at the reception desk. She went out of her way to help not only us, but everyone who stayed there. I have traveled around the world and have never encountered this kind of kindness and eagerness to help make our trip so memorable. Doa is a one of a kind gem.

Delightful Parisien boutique hotel
Pros:

We loved our 4 night stay at Saint-Jaques. The location is excellent, super area, close to Metro and walking distance to all central Paris attractions. Our room was very clean and comfortable with delightful decor throughout the hotel. All staff were kind and efficient. Breakfast was a lovely way to start the day.

Gute Lage mitten in Paris (5.Arr.), alles hervorragend zu Fuß und den Öffentlichen erreichbar, kleines Zimmer mit Balkon und ungewöhnlich geräumigen und neu modernisiertem Bad. Sehr nettes Personal bei Empfang und beim Frühstück Im Kreuzungsbereich, auf der gleichen Straßenseite, ist ein nettes empfehlenswertes Lokal, mit etwas Glück erhascht man abends noch einen Platz zwischen den zahlreichen Einheimischen.
