Perfect
Pros:

On a 4 week long Europe holiday this hotel will stand out in our memories. Old but charming,Location is perfect,short walk to train ,bus and central west interlaken.The absolute standout however are the staff.Led byJean Louis they made us feel like family, nothing was too much trouble. Over our 3 nights they helped us repeatedly with how to get everywhere,where to eat and any other enquiries Breakfast was up there with anywhere else we stayed. A place not to be missed.

Nous avons adoré notre passage à cet hôtel. L’accueil chaleureux de Vilma, le délicieux petit déjeuner préparé par Rosie et que dire de notre rencontre avec Jean-Louis, le sympathique et très coloré propriétaire. I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Rössli and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Interlaken. The location is excellent, with easy access to both the train and bus stations, making it very convenient for exploring the area.

The hospitality of the staff was outstanding, especially Jean-Louis, who was incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. He kindly offered me complimentary breakfast and even surprised me with a small gift, which was a thoughtful gesture that made my experience even more memorable.

Thank you to the entire team for such a pleasant stay. I would gladly stay here again on my next visit to Interlaken.

I love this hotel.
Pros:

First of all I really appreciate for staffs’ service . One of them help me pass the critic problem . I ‘m very grateful. View from my balcony is wonderful.

Pros:

The hotel location is perfect for exploring Interlaken and the surrounding areas. It is very close to the Interlaken West station (<10 min walk), and the start of the main street through to East/Ost.

The hotel itself is (ski lodge-style) homely in that (apart from the salon for breakfast) there is a small kitchen and dining area for guests to have their own lunch or dinner, if they wish to save on the expense of nearby restaurants. [A local coop is a 2 min walk.] There is also a small lounge area upstairs for relaxing, and seating on the front porch and room balconies to enjoy the wonderful views.

Every staff member was friendly, smiling and patient. Reception was always ready to help with recommendations, directions, and any questions we had. A very special thank you to the manager, Jean-Louis and receptionist Gabriel, who were both so welcoming and helpful. Their hospitality and all of the staff made us feel like we were at home.

The rooms are clean, comfortable, and well maintained.

We certainly recommend this hotel.

Perfect location and the staff were amazing! Loved the way we had a communal area to eat and drink. The views were breathtaking.

Cons:

Very hot! They provided us with a fan but a bit noisy to run throughout the night.

Pros:

Me gustó todo!!!. La ubicación es excelente!, a solo 5’ caminando de la estación Interlaken West. Las instalaciones son sencillas pero muy cómodas. El desayuno super variado. La experiencia fue hermosa! Llegué y me recibió Vilma!, una divina y genia total! Me pasó mucha información y se sintió su calidez humana! Y también debo hacer mención a Rosi, que me preparaba el café con leche como a mí me gusta!. Fueron 8 noches las que me hospedé y volvería a hacerlo nuevamente. Voy a extrañarlos mucho!. PD: Interlaken es precioso!!!

Good location but tiny
Pros:

Close to the West station and a great area to stay in, the breakfast was fabulous.

Cons:

It was very small room and the bathroom was tiny. It was on the third floor and there was a steep staircase to access this from the second floor. The weather was hot and therefore the room was baking hot! A bit disappointed with this accommodation as for us (Australian) it was expensive
