La ubicación sin duda es excepcional, y es todo por lo que se salva este hotel.
La cama es cómoda y la presión de la ducha buena.
Parece que a los empleados hay que rogarles por información. Escasas palabras, no preguntan nada: ni si es la primera vez en Praga, si necesitamos recomendaciones de restaurantes, o enseñarnos la zona en un mapita... NADA. Y qué decir por supuesto de las sonrisas, ni una sonrisa en absoluto, ni al llegar, ni al irnos, ni cuando entrábamos o salíamos.
En el desayuno la chica ni levantó la cabeza del móvil para decir buenos días si quiera. Estos comportamientos no los he visto nunca en ningún hotel.
El llavero con las llaves de la habitación tiene una llave antigua que no explican para qué es, lo preguntamos y dijeron que para la caja fuerte de la habitación, la cual no tenía ranura para ninguna llave, para sorpresa de nadie. Habitación 32.

Excellent breakfast in a beautiful wine cellar room (bacon, egg, sausages, bread, mini pastries, fruit, continental meats and cheeses, cereal, fruit juice, tea coffee etc).
Free access to the roof terrace where you can take your own snacks or drinks (we got a coffee from Miners Coffee nearby and enjoyed it up there) with a great view of the nearby clock tower.
Powerful shower and a big room with the usual amenities.
Proximity to the old town on a Friday/Saturday means you will hear some rowdy people outside. The hotel has good soundproofing but the location is so central it is a factor - any hotel in the area will have the same risk.

Excellent communication before arrival and preferences accommodated. Very friendly staff. The room was quiet and clean: the AC worked well. The breakfast was varied and fresh.
