Like staying in an actual museum.
Pros:

It is a beautiful building, full of wonderful antique furniture and rugs. The reception staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Our room was spacious and the bathroom was clean and well equipped. The garden is lovely to sit in during the evening. Ideally located for buses and the centre of the village.

Cons:

There was no WIFI.

Very comfortable great location and lovely people who were friendly
Pros:

Very comfortable bed, had one of the best sleep since Camino. Great service and spoke some English which made it easy for us along with being exceptionally friendly. Thank you could not recommend this hotel more for a wonderful stay along with being a great affordable price !

Duermes en un edificio,repleto de historia(como los hay repartido por toda Santillana)..Está bien ubicado..A las puerta del centro històrico..cercano q la salida,direcciòn hacia la autovia...Altamira etc..Tiene un parking público cercano..en Plaza del Rey...es de pago ..pero no es caro..No confundir con unas plazas,frente al hotel,que son de unos particulares(no son del alojamiento)Desayuno muy bueno..Personal muy amable.La limpieza

Primero,que me manden un mensaje para que valore positivamente,la estancia,cuando aun no la he acabado.Los votos se ganan ,no se piden.(Y por parte de dos personas que no he tratado).
El check in..no es nada ágil...teniendo en cuenta que previamente ya nos habíamos registrado on line..
Deberían...dar opciòn de pagar desde la app como hacen casi todos los alojamiento...y de añadir una opciòn con el desayuno ya incluido..(así sí el alojamiento forma parte de un,regalo.,no se revela,el importe).Lo de hacer el cálculo manual,para sumarlo al precio de la habitaciòn ..no es nada preciso....los 20 minutos en la recepciòn ..para acertar,què cobrarme,se hicieron eternos..Además..en la app recibo la habitaciòn 207 y en la recepciòn la llave de la 212...no së si habría diferencia...pero un habitaciòn con dos camas individuales separadas no es lo que había solicitado..Y sí con balcòn. .pero con vistas a un patio con contenedores..El colchòn se hunde (nos levantamos con dolor de espalda)la almohada indomable...El desayuno es bueno..aunque por el precio que marca..un café recién hecho sería lo suyo...no salido de una máquina automática...eso le baja puntuaciòn...Sin la ornomentaciòn histórica y artística,le bajaría alguna estrella

He tenido la fortuna de viajar mucho y verdaderamente este hotel es una maravilla! Preciosas instalaciones con la más bella decoración, una colección de antigüedades formidable y exquisita ,verdaderamente un museo! El trato personal de los dueños y su staff es insuperable!.
