Pros:

This is one of the finest hotels I have ever visited in Cantabria. A wonderful building. Rooms were ready early, the beautiful receptionist was incredibly sweet and super efficient. The hotel is lucky to have her. The location is exceptional for everything in santillana del mar. The hospitality from all the staff, Adam was an absolute gentleman. And the cleanliness was great. Super breakfast. A truly wonderful experience. Ten out of ten

Solo un detalle, no sé si es que no tiene solución y tiene que ser así. Huele en todo el alojamiento mucho a comida, los olores de la cocina se filtran demasiado y es una pena. Pero por lo demás un 10. Es solo una sugerencia.
