Pros:

The accommodation fulfilled the purpose for which we booked it. The reception staff were very welcoming and kind. The apartment was very spacious and big so we had a lot of space and didn't feel cramped. Wifi worked without any problems, as did the air conditioning and heating. There are tram stops around the hotel which were very close on foot and therefore it was not a problem to get anywhere in the center. It was no problem to get to the accommodation by train directly from the airport.

Cons:

The area around the hotel didn't look very clean, the streets were a little bit dirty. The first impression wasn't very safe, but fortunately the whole weekend went without any problems. It slightly spoiled the impression of the weekend trip. I would definitely recommend paying a little more attention to cleaning behind the bed, where when I pulled the cabinet away to plug in the bedside lamp or charger, there was a real mess of dirt and dust. The mattress on the bed was quite worn out and it would probably be a good idea to replace it. I would also add tea to the kitchen, or at least instant coffee for a better morning. Thank you.

Una specie di incubo
Pros:

Appartamento grande, sufficientemente pulito e attrezzato, anche se andrebbe ristrutturato: in alcuni punti la carta da parati era scollata e i battiscopa staccati dalla parete. La posizione della struttura è comoda rispetto a servizi e stazioni

Cons:

La sicurezza durante la notte è inadeguata al tipo di clientela che frequenta il posto. Alle 2 di notte abbiamo sentito schiamazzi, urla e alcuni rumori forti provenienti dai piani superiori hanno letteralmente fatto vibrare pareti e vetri. Ma ciò che è molto peggio è che, verso le 4 di notte, qualcuno che evidentemente era in stato di alterazione ha provato con insistenza ad aprire la porta del nostro appartamento, provocando uno stato di forte agitazione e paura alla mia famiglia. Poi, fortunatamente ha desistito e si è accontentato di giacere sul pianerottolo, addormentandosi: dall'interno lo sentivamo russare, e quando verso le 8 siamo usciti, lo abbiamo trovato proprio così: steso a terra, dormiente, sul pavimento del pianerottolo. Durante il tentativo di effrazione alle 4 di notte, la reception, che ci aveva assicurato sarebbe stata attiva h24, non ci ha fornito nessuna assistenza perchè non rispondeva nè alle chiamate interne tramite linea interna all'appartamento, nè tantomeno a quelle esterne tramite linea cellulare. Ci hanno risposto solo dopo le sette di mattina, quando oramai l'emergenza era terminata. In seguito ci siamo lamentati dell'accaduto e si sono segnati indirizzo mail promettendo una ricompensa che però non è mai arrivata.

Pros:

Tilava huoneisto koko perheelle. Pikku keittiö mahdollisti aamu- ja iltspalojen laiton ilman kiireitä. Ratikat kulkevat vierestä, mutta junalle joutuu kävelemään.

Cons:

Huoneistoon pääsi jostain kannabiksen savua (toisena yönä), tunnistettavan verran muttei liian häiritsevästi.
