Par principe je mets une mauvaise note, car ce genre de procédé est inacceptable
Pros:

Mes Clients ont retenu un seul point positif :
La situation et la vue sur le lac (concerne 3 chambres de l'hotel seulement et la salle du petit déjeuner)

Les photos ne reflètent pas l'aspect réel des chambres qui sont plutôt moyennes et pas en très bon état , mais le tarif est plutôt raisonnable en compensation

Cons:

Mes Clients ont souhaité cet hotel pour passer 2 fois 2 nuits, je ne sais vraiment pas pourquoi,
(en tant que professionnelle j'aurai tout envoyé balader)

— Je n'ai eu en effet eu que des problèmes à la réservation,
échanges compliqués infinis, dysfonctionnement infinis non résolus, pas de réponse aux questions ou pas de réponse appropriées, sur-facturation particulièrement excessive des transfert aéroport.
Bref j'y ai passé un temps infini, hors de proportion

— Mes clients eux même n'ont eu que des problèmes :
obligation de payer en arrivant sinon pas de chambre (!) encore pire lors du deuxième séjour (!)
Atmosphère globale très lourde
Par principe je mets une mauvaise note, car ce genre de procédé est inacceptable surtout que c'est une réservation garantie par booking avec des clients depuis 20 ans qui ne créent pas de problèmes, je suis très déçue pour eux.

Les photos ne reflètent pas l'aspect réel des chambres qui sont plutôt moyennes et pas en très bon état , mais le tarif est plutôt raisonnable en compensation

Great location but very run down (you get what you pay for)
Pros:

Location was amazing - truly fantastic! Staff were friendly too.

Cons:

Mould and damp in the rooms, beds were very hard etc - but price was very cheap - so you get what you pay for.

Pros:

Staff were very friendly and helpful in organising tours. Very close to the centre of Old Quarter and we had a view of the lake.

Cons:

We found the beds very firm and uncomfortable. If you are a light sleeper, there is a bit of street noise.

Great location and rooftop dining room
Pros:

The rooms we had at levels 7 and 8 both had a nice view of the lake and the decor was charming. The rooftop dining room enclosed with floor length glass/windows and old world decor was charming and offered a glorious view. Breakfast range while small was nice and the cook was very hospitable and offered some different dishes each day. She was also very sweet and helpful, packing takeaway breakfast on our last day for our road trip. She made us all felt very looked after like an aunt. She is like one of those people with a slightly stern facade but a very caring warm heart.

Központi, kis hotel.Tiszta, de a reggeli és a személyzete miatt nem kezdtük a napunkat jó kedvvel.
Pros:

Központi helyen lévő kis hotel.
A szoba nem volt nagy,de tiszta, a kilátás közepesen jó.
Az ágy kényelmes és nagy.

Cons:

A reggelit a tetőn szolgálják fel, gyönyörű a kilátás, de a választék lehetne jobb.
Egy Hölgy van a konyhában, aki semmit sem tud angolul, talán a saját nyelvén sem.
Nem nagyon szeretni a vendégeket, mert elég kedvetlen volt.
Ha valami elfogyott, integetett, hogy nincs több.
Tehát csak a korán kelőknek van kevéske választék, pótlás nincs.

Pros:

Alles prima! Mega ligging in het midden van The Old Quarter :). Ontbijt op dakterras met zicht op het water. Wauw :). Ligging tussen de shops, locale restaurants, 8 min van de tempel of Literature en andere bezienswaardigheden.

Cons:

Misschien duidelijker vermelden dat er geen terras is aan de kamers. Op de foto's van de accommodatie lijkt het alsof het terras aan de kamer is. Het terras is dus een rooftop met mega prachtig zicht :)
