Cons:

Wir waren dieses Mal über das Frühstücksbuffet sehr enttäuscht. Es ging alles aus, die Gäste waren so was von genervt. Die lange Schlange am Kaffeeautomat. Wenn das Hotel ausgebucht ist, müssten 2 Kaffeeautomaten zur Verfügung stehen. Man weiß wieviel Gäste im Hotel sind, dann muss das Frühstücksbuffet reichlich bestückt sein, dass jeder was abbekommt. Es war Messe, dann weiß man doch wann alle zum Frühstück kommen. Früher gab es frisch zubereitete Eierspezialitäten nach Wunsch u. eine viel größere Frühstücksauswahl. Es wurde an allem gespart. In der Bar ging das Salzgebäck über alle 3 Tage aus. Normal hätte man einen Gutschein oder Freigetränk für den schlechten Service bekommen müssen.

very good rate in the center with limited parking spaces
Pros:

nice breakfast buffet included in the rate, in walking distance to the center

Cons:

more places in the underground parking- it would have been possible to park for 16 Euro/night, but the reservation as such were another 8 Euro/night. I preferred the public parking, but with a lot of luggage it was not ideal.

Gute Lage, sauber, ordentlich, beeindruckendes Frühstück, tolles Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.
Pros:

Die Lage vom Hotel war sehr gut und zentral. Die Zimmer ordentlich, sauber, normal Standard. Das Bad normal, klein mit Badewanne. Das Frühstück war sehr gut auch die Location im Gewölbe beeindruckend. Personal sehr nett und zuvorkommend.

Cons:

Leider hatte das Zimmer keine Klimaanlage und das Bad hatte als Dusche eine Badewanne, nicht mehr Zeitgemäß.

Goed door het hotel, jammer dat airco ontbrak bij 40 graden
Pros:

Het ontbijt en het hotel waren goed, het was echter niet bekend dat er geen airco aanwezig was. We hebben tijdens het boeken ook niet de optie gekregen om kamers MET airco te boeken terwijl deze er wel waren.

Heel comfortabel verblijf op doorreis.
Pros:

Ruime kamer, na een upgrade: met airco, vriendelijk personeel, goed bed, prima badkamer, heerlijk ontbijt, gunstig t.ov. de snelweg, parkeren onder het hotel, goede prijs-kwaliteitverhouding

Cons:

We wilden een upgrade naar een kamer met airco, dat liep goed af maar voor het zover was verliep de communicatie van ons naar Bayerische Hof, naar ons, naar booking.com, naar Bayerische hof enzo heel moeizaam.

Ontbijt en service was verder heel goed

Cons:

Er is geen mededeling gedaan over het parkeren.
Dat kan wel maar alleen tegen betaling wat dus niet op de website staat.
