Pros:

The hotel is situated quite far from train station. You'll need to make transport reservation from the hotel a taxi to fetch you. You'll have to pay for the fare of13euros. Breakfast was average. But the lady serving breakfast Oanna was fantastic. She's very friendly and helpful lady. She showed us the way to the bus stop to get to Porto Recanati. We are very grateful to her.
We had a room facing directly to the Basilica. Very great view.

Location - excellent! not too far but not too close to the Shrine : I prefer this because of noise issue. only 10 minutes by foot to get to the Shrine (downhill) but 15 minutes to return
View - they asked my interest, in advance though it couldn't be guaranteed. Personally, nothing could be better to have a Shrine view during pilgrimage- this couldn't happen if they were located too close to the Shrine
Breakfast- Excellent; I enjoyed
Staff - very friendly, attentive and ready to help
Clean - I am very particular thus I cannot say they are sparkling clean. But acceptable.
Other service - a shuttle! Of course, it was a paid service, however, it was very convenient
I know some people tackle 'number of stars' ; but it is Loreto, not NY

Pros:

We came there a a sleep-over on our trip to Puglia and we wanted to stay in Loreto to visit famous basilica. Our expectation was to just use the room to sleep there. And we liked it as such. Nothing fancy, but served our purpose.
