Important information:

On December 31st the hotel will NOT be organizing the New Years' eve-evening/dinner or any any other festivity, so the dinner will be a standard one with the usual time-table 19:00-21:00 h.

All spaces are accessible for disabled people (except the 1st floor of the wellness center and the mezzanine); there is an elevator for disabled people from reception to the main elevator.

Children aged up to 7 years old can stay free of charge when using existing bedding.

Children aged 7 years or older must use an extra bed at an extra fee.

Payment is possible only in EUR.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

Kellemes szállás akár egy hétvégére, de hosszabb nyaralásra is!
Pros:

Jó lokáció, nagyon kedves személyzet, szép kilátás. Bőséges választék mind a reggelinél, mind a vacsoránál. Tisztaság a szobákban, de az étteremben is. Kellemes bár/kávézó.

Cons:

A reggeli külső zajok, talán az utcát takarították, olyan volt, mintha a szomszéd szobában zúgna a hajszárító egy órán át...

Csak ajánlani tudom.
Pros:

A szálloda szép környezetben van, könnyen megtalálható. Sorompóval lezárt parkoló. Sok nyelven beszélő, nagyon figyelmes személyzet. Tágas, kellemesen berendezett szoba, nagy belmagasság (1915-ben épült!). Redőnyök. Klíma.
Kavicsos strandok a közelben.
Büféreggeli és vacsora széles választékkal, finom ízekkel, figyelmes, kedves kiszolgálással.

Cons:

A motoros redőnyök mozgatása nem volt tökéletes, a klímaberendezés gyakorlatilag nem volt állítható, csak egy hőmérsékletet tudott produkálni. Kissé szűk zuhanykabin, nem működő zuhanypanellel tovább szűkítve.

All in all, an ok stay but poor value for money.
Pros:

The location is good, not far from the sea. The hotel does not have its own beach though.
The bed is adequate.
Parking is free, in line with the entire town of Lovran.

Cons:

Breakfast is less than impressive, nothing beyond the very basics and little choice.
The furniture/room equipment is absolutely below par, it is hard to imagine that the hotel boasts four stars. In my opinion even three are a stretch. All the pieces are old, the layout is spartan, the TV set is miniscule and placed on top of the only desk (which therefore cannot be used) and the reception is very poor. The bathroom was last renovated probably 20 years ago, there are no toiletries besides two soap suspenders which did not work.
The pool is ok, but there is nothing besides the basic beach beds and there is no service there. The staff were surprised when I asked to take a drink to the pool(!), normally it is not allowed and when I was permitted to take my drinks in paper cups it was presented as a favour to me.
We only had breakfast, so I cannot comment the dinner.

Nagyon jó a szálloda elhelyezkedése. Az óvárosba és a tengerparti sétányra is innen indul az út. Barátságos a személyzet. Nagyon közel a part.
