Reception staff very accommodating, when entering Burgos on the Camino the hotel is signposted
Pros:

I stayed here as part of my walking the Camino Frances. The situation is perfect, although about 600 metres from the direct route. and the Cathedral. The room was good with an ensuite bathroom. Highly recommended. Have stayed here 3 times before.

MUY BUENA EXPERIENCIA
Pros:

Tuvimos un pequeño inconveniente con el aire acondicionado de la habitación; sin embargo, el personal del hotel gestionó la situación de manera inmediata, ofreciéndonos alternativas y reubicándonos en otra habitación. Les damos un 10 por su diligencia y profesionalidad al resolver el problema. La situación del hotel es inmejorable, en pleno centro y a 5 - 10 minutos paseando de los principales monumentos de la zona céntrica.

Good location near restaurants and sights.

Super Zimmer, ruhig, Klimaanlage, sauber und zentral gelegen. Optimal für Pilgernde. 52,5€ per Nacht Frühstück 11€ ab 7 Uhr , süsser Pilgerstempel, Gepäcktransport möglich. Badewanne. Sehr nettes Personal.

Hotel centrico para conocer burgos pero no para disfrutar del hotel
Pros:

La ubicación esta muy bien, hotel céntrico, a cinco minutos se la catedral. El personal de recepción muy amables y atentos.

Cons:

Creo que necesita una remodelación y actualización de las habitaciones y del resto también. Aire acondicionado ruidoso y obsoleto. Muchos rincones no estaban limpios. El desayuno costaba 11€ y era muy pobre, poca variedad, por ese precio. Cuando desayuné, no había nadie y no habían repuesto la parte de productos calientes, tendrían que estar mas atentos cuando hay clientes de reponer lo que falta.
